Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He came out for annual maintenance on my AC and furnace but took a quick look at my water heater which has been needing to be replaced. He not only got me a quote for a replacement but also helped set up an appointment. I have always had great service with R-Mech and today was no exception. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using this company for a little over 4years, when we moved to Missouri. The company is professional, and knowledgeable. The staff are very friendly. The tech that comes out to the house, Mike, is really good at what he does and is friendly also.

Being new to the city with a new home purchase and new born baby. I would highly recommend this company. I did have an issue initially, however they exceeded my expectations with fixing my A/C unit. It feels good to be a valued customer of R-Mech, and I will continue to use them throughout the seasons. Again, they over exceeded our expectations with correcting the issue. Michael showed up on time, performed a thorough diagnostic of our air conditioner and identified the problem quickly. He explained exactly what needed to be repaired and exactly how much it would cost. He did inform us that we qualified for a military discount. With our approval he completed the repair in less than 45 minutes and had everything running perfectly. He conducted himself in such a professional and friendly manner that we are more than comfortable doing business with that company again.
