Jon and Ethan were both a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, professional and transparent with the work needing to be done. They answered our questions and were very quick with the install. We have some other plumbing issues that we will definitely be contacting R-Mech to handle in the future!

The tech, John, arrived within about 3 hours of our call, was very polite, and explained everything that needed to be fixed/installed! The new water heater works great and I am confident it will continue to work great as he seemed very knowledgeable. I will absolutely use this business again!

AC tune up. Professional and courteous. Gave me a filter and let me know value deal with added furnace tune up and helped me schedule appt for furnace in approx a month. Always satisfied with R Mech.

Service call for same day furnace repair. Mike was professional, explained everything thoroughly and resolved the issue. He took extra time with our job, even left to find a hard to find part and came back to make sure we weren't going to be left without heat. Thanks for a great job!

We were looking to upgrade our furnace specifically before winter due to our current one being on its last end. We knew that if we packaged the furnace and a/c together (as that too needed up be upgraded) that it would be cheaper in the long run. They sent Ray out to our hectic house on a Friday evening and he took time to evaluate everything that was WRONG in our house and how they could help us. We learned of some extensive issues in our duct work in which Ray explained everything on how they could fix that too all at the same time of upgrading our equipment. When I say someone knows his stuff, Ray definitely knows his stuff. He broke down all of our options to where it was very easy to follow. If I had questions after he was quick to give me a call and explain to me.

When it was demo and install day Jim and his crew showed up promptly on time and immediately got to work. Jim and his guys were beyond professional and polite. They got duct work taken out and replaced, returns installed, furnace upgraded, a/c moved and upgraded all in a 10 hr day and we are beyond happy. I think what we appreciated most is the communication and professionalism they brought. They talked to us in terms that we could understand and didn't make us feel as though we had no idea what we were talking about. We will 100% recommend here on out!

I purchase the annual maintenance program from R-Mech. They have been consistent in their services, their approach and the level of quality. I recommend them to anyone who has a system that is nearing the out of warranty phase 5-10 years or so.

2 men came out and fixed my humidifier in fine fashion! Very satisfied!

Jon was very helpful in analizing and assessing the issue with our leaky faucet. His professional attitude and respect for us was overwhelming and greatly appreciated. I contacted R-Mech to do some maintenance on a house that hasn’t been lived in in a few years. Greg, Shawn and Josh were friendly professional and quick with their estimates and with the scheduling and completion of their work. Payment was also an easy process and the receptionist Lindsey (I believe) was also very helpful and friendly. I’m very pleased with my RMech experience!

I was beyond impressed by the professional service I received when scheduling AC repair and with the technician that arrived at my home. R Mech was quick in working with me on the phone to have a technician out the same day and was able to schedule my service call in just a quick minute with a bit of info. The technician called me and was over two hours early, which was a huge relief in getting our house cool on a warm day. He was friendly and efficient.

I had also called one other company prior to calling R Mech, they had me on the phone for multiple minutes before frustrating me and were also going charging me $30 more for a service call.
