R-Mech Heating Plumbing Cooling

Heat pump condenser stopped working during a super cold snap. The very friendly scheduler was able to get someone out same day which was amazing because it was the Friday before Christmas. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved during the initial visit and I had to call back to schedule a return trip. I was not thrilled that the first tech left without actually fixing anything. The second visit went much better and the issue was diagnosed and subsequently fixed once the part was available. Overall I am pleased with the service we received despite the initial issue and would call again.

I called to setup the A/C inspection and they scheduled it from 1-5PM about a week later. The morning of the inspection I called to verify the time and they had no record of the booking. Luckily they were able to schedule it for that afternoon still. Tech called he was on his way and about 30 minutes away, however he went to the completely wrong address. After waiting another half an hour for him he arrived. He didn't bring a ladder, so he didn't inspect my interior air handler at all and didn't bring anything to clean the coils with outside so they didn't get cleaned either. He also didn't point out that I was missing the insulation on my refrigerant lines. Wasn't worth the fight at the time to contest the charge for the work not being done so I just paid the $69 and will not be using R Mech again. Then a couple days later I get an invoice in my email for a property that wasn't mine they were trying to charge me for even though I had already paid for mine. Seemed really sketchy. I immediately called and they apologized and said they would fix it. Only reason they don't get one star is everyone I talked to on the phone and the tech were very polite and professional.

I dealt with 3 employees to replace the heating and air conditioning equipment in our home. They were professional and courteous, explained the installation process very well and were careful in their work. They did an excellent job of removing the old equipment and cleaned up well after the installation was completed. I highly recommended this company.

A/C repair was $275. Put in new capacitor. Fan was not turning. After some physical help it started, I paid the bill, ran till repairman was about 2 blocks down the street.
IF I had bought a new system from them it would have come off my cost of that. I did not get a new unit through R-MECH.
Estimator for new system cost; I thought he was very knowledgeable and quite helpful explaining everything as he went along. He gave a thorough estimate. Appreciate it.

Patrick and Charlie were the best. Very professional in what they did. Both my systems look and perform as promised. They cleaned up and left no trash behind. Patrick even worked OT to ensure that the installation was done properly. I will definitely use R-Mech in the future if the situation arises (not to soon I hope though). Highly recommend R-Mech. My Sales Advisor was Joe Brown and he did an excellent job of getting me my system within my Budget.

They installed high efficiency Trane furnace/AC system they’ve been regularly maintaining it since 1/21 when it was installed. They’ve always been responsive in coming out. They are always good about answering questions. Brandon came out today and was able to get the thermostat linked to my phone as it wasn’t working . I’m so impressed how he stuck with it until it was working. He didn’t leave until it worked and it took awhile. Thank you so much for figuring it out. It made my day.

Mike was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so I could make the best decision. The problem occurred on weekend and the quick response from the phone contact to Mike’s arrival was great. Highly recommend this company.

Their technician Brendon which I am using all the time is very dependable and loyal guy to his customers. He comes always on time and do very good work.
