R-Mech correctly diagnosed a problem with our air conditioning system that another company had completely wrong and figured out how to replace our AC without requiring us to replace the entire system. Best yet, they were here to fix it within just a few days. Carlos and Tyler were great to work with. Thanks guys!

Higher price than other quotes and forgot our appointment as a no show then didn't turn the air back on at the power source so we thought it was still non-working and had to call again. They supposedly tested it after repair but that's not possible when it's off, you wouldn't turn it off again after testing so that can't have happened. Just a mediocre service at a high price.

AC stopped working on a Saturday so we called their emergency line. Spoke with a Very nice dispatch and then received a call with in 30 min from the tech. It took about 2 hrs for him to show as it was a very hot, busy day. Both the capacitor and fan were bad but he only had one of the parts on the van. He returned Monday morning to finish the job 100% after getting to correct parts. Great job by all and will use again.

This company has an amazing crew. We had Brayden out today and he got us all set-up and was so patience with us and so knowledgeable. I would recommend the staff and company to anyone having heating or cooling needs. Top Notch Service Techs and Lisa (the one that handles the crisis on the phones) are all an amazing team.

They did an excellent job. Did exactly what was planned in the time frame they estimated. No extra fees tacked on all went as planned. They also cleaned up well after themselves. Very knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend them to anybody.

We've had to contact R-Mech a few times in the last year for various reasons. Our first visit was over a holiday weekend on an emergency visit because our floor drain was backing up and they were able to confirm they could make it out that night, in fact, they were on their way within an hour. We had a young infant sleeping and the technician was able to opt for a quieter device to clean it out. Our 2nd visit was another emergency holiday weekend unfortunately, our AC froze up. Again, they were able to confirm they would make it out that night. With a youngin, we didn't want her overheating with the summer temps, so timeliness was everything. He was able to describe what had happened, what the fix would be and what the prognosis would be. Our last two visits have been to replace our water heater and then a separate visit to fix our toilet. Jon was our technician for both of those visits and he is beyond courteous and such a trustworthy technician. Both times he has been super efficient in completing the tasks and always cares for the way things are left. He has looked out for other issues and kept us informed through each process. We are happy to have a reliable plumber in him. Overall everyone from this company has been so polite and easy to work with, from scheduling to timeliness to completion. Most of all for us as new parent with an infant, they were always respectful of her sleep, our time and keeping areas safe while working. They truly care for the customer more than any other company I've worked with. 100% recommend them!
