All Hours Heating & Cooling

Air conditioning was out when we came back from a trip. 95 degrees in the master bedroom. Yikes! Asked for a reference from a friend and he sent me to All Hours. Good reference. I called and they were out the next day. Good work for a reasonable price. Blake did a great job. Just needed to replace a few parts and the AC was up and running again.

After alerting them of our problem, they immediately scheduled and appointment for the following day. Due in the afternoon, they managed to show up early! Quickly diagnosing the problem, they told us the replacement part would likely be available the following day. In a happy turn of events they showed back up later that same day and we are comfortably cool again.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rodney and his team at All Hours Heating and Cooling, but especially Amber.
Our furnace went out at 2am, there was a burning smell, it was 20 degrees outside and we have a toddler. We were panicked to say the least.
I made a call to All Hours Heating and Cooling and Amber picked up. She was extremely patient as I described the smell and weird sounds our furnace was making and then even took the time to listen on speaker phone and look at photos I sent via text message of the inside of the furnace. After doing all she could over the phone, she decided it was necessary to come take a look.
She was at our house in an hour and even though she had to tell us the bad news that we needed a new furnace, she was so helpful and put us completely at ease. She came back as soon as she could the next morning and installed the new furnace within 2 hours.
We are so thankful for how professional, kind and knowledgeable she was and will definitely be recommending Amber and All Hours Heating and Cooling to everyone! Thank you!

Always dependable, efficient, and friendly. They are very reasonable and do not try to fix things that don’t need fixing. Had a possible gas leak and they came very rapidly to check problem. Fortunately it wasn’t a gas leak. They are very knowledgeable and deal with problems rapidly. Have been customers for many years, would not deal with anyone else.

Great installation. They gave me a windo when they would be here and they arrived in that time. Everyone was so polite and very knowledgeable with everything. Everyone answered all my questions and did not BS on anything very upfront and got everything working. I especially love the fact that they were great with finance and could have gone any smoother I would and will recommend this company to everyone. They all treated us like family and not just a customer.

I had All Hours install a UV air purifier on my HVAC system. They were, prompt, courteous, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC service needs.

I will not call anyone else! Ive caught other companies selling me stuff I didn't need a couple of times... not All Hours Heating and Cooling! ! They will only install, preventative maintenance, and repair the problem you ask them to and strive to keep the cost affordable but making sure your comfortable and safe! With out saying too much, the compassion Rodney has for people is unheard of these days! I encourage you if your shopping around, call these guys!

Heater was running all the time. Quick, efficient and communicated clearly his observations and cleaned necessary things for better output.

Aiden was Awesome. I am a PM for a construction company. I know when I'm being buffaloed. The diagnosis of a bad capacitor was spot on....he had the replacement part on his truck and had me up and running in 30 mins. Polite dispatcher, prompt service, awesome tech .
