Our AC went out in the middle of summer of course. They came out and got it fixed same day! We have a newborn and are so thankful they were able to come and fix the problem.

I can't praise this experience enough! I got home from work at 1640 and my house was 75 degrees. I jumped on Google and guessed at a AC company and boy did I get lucky. I called and spoke to Asher who was very professional. He informed me that someone would be out the same day. I recieved a text that someone was enroute shortly after the call. I then received a text that Rodney was enroute. About a half hour later Rodney arrived and immediately got to work and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He presented me a quote and detailed reason for the pricing. He retrieved the part and installed it and had my ac working within 15 min of showing up. To find out that Rodney is the owner and out doing technician work is amazing! This is a small business I will call every time and so should you!

What a wonderful company. I came home today and our A/C was not working! My wife was not happy, which as you know, means my life was going to miserable for the next few hours or so.... I called Rodney and he sent one of his employees out to save me!! It turns out we were low on Freon. He filled us up, talked options with us and put us on the calendar to come back as we signed up for the service agreement that they offer. It’s already cooling down here in the house as I type this and I can see a smile on my wife’s face. Thank you, it’ll be a good night!

I had a great experience with All Hours Heating and Cooling. I called at 0815 and the technician was finished by 1040. My AC is once again blowing cool air and I could feel a difference before he left. The communication has been great and thorough. I appreciate the great customer service as well as having the part needed on the truck!!

Our heating went out right before a big storm. I called All Hours at 3am and they had a gentleman out to our home by 4am.
The technician was a very friendly young man, but I believe inexperienced or just not as thorough as I would have liked him to be.
Our furnace sits high up and he didn't have a ladder so he had to use one of ours (which wasn't a big deal but I believe that they should be come with their own equipment)

He said that the sequencer had gone out on our unit. We decided to wait to speak with our landlord, but he left us his information.
When I called at 8am to get the information about the parts, the operator said that he wasn't available and would call us by 12pm.
He never called us back.

Our landlord used a private HVAC contractor who took his time and found the real reason why the HVAC wasn't firing up and it wasn't the part that the All Hours tech had quoted previously.

$150 spent just to look at something that was diagnosed incorrectly and could have turned into something more costly!

Reviews like this are horrible to write. The owner is great. Very cordial and professional. His installation crew's service tarnished this company for me. We purchased a new Trane system to be installed on 06/03.

The crew arrived timely. They were friendly. I was working and figured if I was doling out the funds for this new HVAC system things would get setup right the first time and to the specifications Rodney promised. When I go to check back through, there were leaks all over the furnace; air escaping everywhere and the condensation line was literally leaking on top of the brand new unit and along several joints versus where it should have been expelling water.

On the exterior, the installer failed to properly direct the exhaust vents and did not seal the openings he'd cut into the side of the home. A new pad was to have been installed; instead, the installer grabbed a paver from my garden bed and propped up a corner of the new condensing unit.

Called and Rodney was out promptly to inspect. Was grateful for this and happy to let them try to resolve the issues.

Crew came back about 3-4 times between same and next day.

They used my ladder, which wasn't an ends-all, but they should have their own equipment or check with owners. They used my hose, but didn't get it shut off so it ran all night. They used my extension cord, which again, not an ends-all, but didn't unplug it. I found multiple staples in my backyard and two screws left sitting on the disconnect to fall in the yard; I have dogs. They threw PVC, a copper lineset, and other junk over the front of my fence and failed to collect. The copper lineset was either dragged or tossed by wind closer to a tall oak, and when I was mowing after a storm I found it. Guess how.

I called on Sunday after catching the line with my mower. I've received no response, and frankly, after initially recommending them, would not recommend All Hours. Or, if you use them, do not let them leave until you've confirmed everything is installed properly and they've cleaned up their mess. What a liability to leave staples lying around my yard. It's a good thing the lineset didn't whip up from my mower, but it did damage my machine.

Irritated is putting it mildly.

My furnace went out at about midnight and after calling 5 or 6 other places locally that claimed to offer 24 hour service and being told they couldn’t come until the next afternoon, I found All Hours. Rodney showed up within an hour of having called them. It was 20 degrees that night and with 2 babies I couldn’t afford to wait until the next afternoon to have it repaired. Rodney got my furnace back up and running so I had heat for the night and then had one of his guys come and finish up some other repairs (replacing the flue and a pressure switch) the next morning, first thing. I really appreciate them for showing up when I was desperate and that they got me fixed up so quick. I’ll be using and recommending them from now on. Thanks, All Hours!

Super Bowl Sunday and our furnace is blowing cold air!. It's 8 degrees outside and no way the pipes would last thru the night. After checking with a couple other companies-no one either answered or was available. But within 90 minutes of our call, All Hours came and serviced our furnace! Fortunately the part needed was on the truck and we were toasty warm again. I appreciated the quick response on a cold weekend! Totally worth the little extra for the off hours call.

Our furnace went out the same time as the coldest week of winter was hitting. Single and negative digits. They came on Saturday, gave a professional analysis and competitive quote. They arrived early Monday and within 5 hours we were back to roasty-toasty. I highly recommend!
