All Hours Heating & Cooling

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday as we had family coming in for the holidays (same day as the frigid air and snow came rolling in). The All Hours team dispatched on schedule and resolved within the first hour. My family and I are so happy and pleased with the quality service and the fact that they backed their products and came during very inclement weather. Definitely a company you can "COUNT ON". Adrian was awesome! He diagnosed and fixed our issue very quickly. He also explained in detail how our heating system functioned and how to prevent future issues. It was a tricky situation with an incompatible thermostat but Adrian made the installation of a new one painless. Will be using All Hours Heating & Cooling for all of our future needs!

Rodney reached out in response to a Facebook post regarding my furnace not firing. Within an hour or two Adrian was at my home and had me back up and running in no time. My wife runs an in-home daycare and we had to have heat before the kids come back tomorrow!! Excellent service.

With temperatures reaching in the 100s, my AC quit working Monday evening. I quickly searched for companies in the Raymore area. I had about 6 minutes remaining before All Hours H&C closed. They scheduled someone the next morning. It was determined that it was cost prohibitive to repair my 25-year-old unit. The new unit I needed was not available, so they got me an upgraded model at the same cost. They installed the unit installed that evening. I slept much better that night. Thank you.
