Adrian did a great job! He was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I only use All Hours Heating and Cooling for our heating/cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

Douglas Blase

Very responsive, between the time I called and they were at my house with the problem fixed was 30-45 minutes. Asher was very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Laura Hotalling

Sloppy, unfinished work. Cannot believe how highly recommended they are. Took no less than FOUR visits to get my AC working correctly. They had to change out half my system, and then I found out six months later that they didn't reinstall the heat strip, humidifier, OR the UV lights. Owner says, "Why didn't you just call us to fix it?" BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS MADE IT WORSE. Will never use this company again. BEWARE.

I am not one to overly praise for a job that is just average or what is expected and paid for, but do praise where praise is due. On the other hand, I do not complain just to be a squeaky wheel – the world is full of shortsighted complainers. Thus, months ago I decided not to write this evaluation – until – the additional problem this week. This is not over critical – just a true and fair evaluation of the jobs preformed – or rather – not preformed!
Over the past 12 months, 'All hours H/C' has installed 1 roof mounted HVAC & two indoor upright furnaces. (Total invoices over $15K) They were highly recommended to me by a friend in the trade, who has since stop recommending them.
While most of their employees are nice and friendly, the overall installations are lacking in many areas. The following are just a few of the points that are rated below par of an average installation. I know because I worked as an industrial certified HVAC tech for a world-wide corporation before this position. Problems are:
- Thermostats either not mounted properly, or just plain fell off the walls;
- Thermostat not wired correctly - twice;
- Roof mounted unit still leaks rainwater into office hallway;
- Remote sensing thermostat a waste of money;
- Sheet metal duct-work on the two inside units were so poorly installed that another vendor has been contracted to correct all duct-work;
- Heat exhaust vent, gas lines, and electrical conduit poorly installed and another vendor scheduled for corrections;
- Our power shutoff switch was rewired and will not pass local fire code – again – looking to another vendor to correct their problem;
- return air ducting on one unit requires addition rework by another vendor;
- They lost our check of over $6000 and was asked for a new one without offering to pay the stop-payment fee charged us by our bank;
- Owner quickly came out to pick up replacement check and was shown the shortcomings of the installs, took photos, and said they would be corrected the next day – still have not heard from them months later;
- called and notified them of two (2) gas leaks (one on each furnace) again, was told they would be out the next day – still have not heard from them – had to fix the gas leaks myself;
- Now – the AC unit does not work [first usage of season] – do not have time to chase down their lack of proper installation – another vendor service called to fix their problem; [new vendor fixed problem – AC unit was not hooked up on new thermostat – which means they did not test it after the install].
- When scheduled for a new furnace installation at different location, they came out and inspected the unit and prepared a bid for the job. They showed up with wrong unit, had to reschedule and said that there would be an up-charge because they needed an additional crew to engineer new ducting – this was – another vendor installed the correct unit the first time out without up charging;
- To be totally truthful – not all of these problems have been filed with 'All Hours' – Why? When they will not respond to 2 gas leaks – I don’t think a little dripping water will get their attentions!

We were having trouble with our heat pump malfunctioning when I read an exceptional review of All Hours Heating & Cooling on Facebook and called them. At 10 pm my call was answered and a service call scheduled. I asked for a day time appointment even though I was offered a right away time. Service Tech Joe came on time and diagnosed the problem and everything was fixed in short time! They even gave us a discount on some of the supplies needed. By today’s standards, this company is a customer’s dream and by yesterday’s standards too!

In May of this year, I called All Hours. Joe & Blake were here within 90 minutes. Fixed a condensation issue with our 2 year old furnace that another company had said “was not their fault”... although they had installed it incorrectly. Very pleased with the service All Hours provided.
In the midst of the heat wave during the July 4th week, our AC died. Again they were out promptly, but sadly were not able to resurrect the 25 yr old AC. A new one was ordered & installed. Again, we were extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend All Hours for any heating or cooling needs you may have!

A/C went out during power outage over a holiday weekend. All Hours answered the call on a Sunday and came out within the hour to make the repair. HOLIDAY SAVED!

Thank you Asher!

I called 3 places All hours called back first and already had an appointment scheduled before anyone ELSE did. The Customer service was excellent they went out of their way to help me with any questions or problems I had. The install was quick and thorough. I had no problems giving 5 stars for this company.

Here are the facts in a quick read format: First visit was great, paid $225. Owner promised a full replacement quote the next day and never did. 1 week later, same HVAC issue. Sent out a rookie tech that did not have the expertise to fix my issue [see below]. Left me without a fix, and promised to return the next morning and never did and never called. I called owner and he reimbursed me for the original $225 but opted out of helping me get my HVAC repaired properly. Owner promised to call me to discuss my experience that is documented below and never did call me. With that said, a original 5 star first visit dropped to a 1 star rating. Also, no one wore any masks nor did they ask me if I was concerned about them wearing masks. Wearing masks should not be an option in the service industry, especially if you enter into someone’s home.

When Rodney first arrived at my home with a blower wheel at 8 AM, I was very impressed to say the least, but when I did not receive my proposals as promised the next business day, I was disappointed to say the least. At that time, I began shopping the market and getting educated with complete installations and never received a proposal even a week later when I called them again about it.

I consider myself a good judge of an individual’s experience when I have the opportunity to witness their entire service call and I can confirm without a doubt and without any outside opinion that she should have never been sent out to this call without a senior technician. For this reason and many others as listed above, I will never hire them again or consider their services for any HVAC needs. I may have reconsidered my position on this had the owner fulfilled his promises, but he failed at delivering on his verbal promises 3 separate times. The main purpose of my detailed elaboration of the failed services is to hopefully provide a better perspective to the owners of the business so they can make some immediate changes to how they are conducting business. The second reason is to inform any consumer that is considering using the services of ALL HOURS HEATING AND COOLING.

I ended up with a company that was the opposite experience and they exceeded a 5 star rating and I was very pleased to spend slightly over $9000 to replace my entire HVAC system, which ALL HOURS HEATING AND COOLING missed out on because of their current state of how they are handling business. I realize that not all customers were treated the way we were treated, but we hope they can take this to heart and learn from their mistakes.

AC wasn't keeping the house cool so called All Hours, the came out and were here 5 minutes, said the compressor is bad and it's gonna be a total replace, $3,700. Called Rhodes Heating and Cooling for a second opinion, so glad I did. They came out, within 5 minutes said "all it is is that your unit is overcharged on freon. He bled the system back down to where it should be, immediately started blowing cold air. Fixed, no charge!! Moral of the story, All Hours tried to scam us into buying a $3,700 unit from them!! Call Rhodes instead! Great company!!
