All Hours Heating & Cooling

Woke up and it was 80 degrees in my house on the day I was having an open house. Panicked immediately calling a bunch of random AC companies who would not come out on a weekend or last minute. My moms friend recommend All Hours Heating & Cooling. I called and they answered promptly saying they would be able to get someone out that morning. Not only did he show up in an hour, he diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes, leaving me plenty of time to cool the house before the open house started. Great customer service, highly recommend. It’s tough to find great service like this anymore.

First HOT day of the season and like thousands of others a needed repair was an absolute necessity, especially for our invalid spouse! But all the local shops we called were booked beyond the day, but one did recommend All Hours H&C despite they being way beyond "local". Although they were booked-up likewise, the owner dropped his administrative duties and headed our way. After driving the 'beyond local' distance, he had us up and running within 20 minutes after arriving. Thanks to God for favor, and a responsible business owner.

They managed to replace my water heater the same day and when there was a small issue getting it started, they came out right away and resolved it.

All Hours provided us a level of service like none other. Our AC unit went out and they were out within hours (not days) to get the problem diagnosed quickly. We had a very old unit that did need to be replaced, and they got the new unit installed very quickly. I was so impressed with their professionalism and constant contact. I never had to guess who was coming out and when. I would definitely recommend All Hours and will use them exclusively going forward.

We have a newborn and the AC went out. We called Rodney and he was her within 10 minutes and figured out we needed a new AC. He got the unit and installed it the same day. All said and done it took 4 hours from him showing up to the new AC unit installed and working. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team did a great job changing out my hot water tank. The install was quick and professional. I appreciate everything about this service.

All Hours was very professional. Even though this work was not in the budget at Christmas, we had to replace our hot water tank. They were able to install same day, 2 days before Christmas!! I'm very thankful to now have hot water!

Great work. We had an electrical issue with our heat strips late in the evening. They were able to get the part the next day and get us up and running within a few hours.

Our AC fully died and we needed a new one installed. Called and they came out the next day (before the scheduled appointment! But let us know they were coming so much preferred) and were done in just a few hours. The other company we contacted said they could get to it in 8 days and for nearly 600 more. Both the technicians that did the work were very nice and professional! Would recommend to anyone!

Update from second time we used them: AC was cycling on and off a lot, called them to check out out and they came within around 2 hours. Ended up getting the issue fixed the next day!

I am so so so glad I found them! I reached out to about a dozen people and no one came through or replied or just delayed. THESE PEOPLE THOUGH. LET ME TELL YOU. This. This is how customer service is supposed to be. Called once, was leaving a message and they called back instantly. Called again another time to schedule and they picked up immediately, made the appointment immediately. Painlessly. They then texted the appointment time, date, and confirmation. No empty vague dates or times. Also texted me when technician was on the way. Technican was so helpful and fixed our ac! Sent an invoice immediately through text. Bam. Efficient. You know exactly who what when why and how much. Ac works perfectly in this awful heat! Thank you again!
