I had an emergency where my air conditioner stopped working during a 90+ degree week. I chose Rudroff due to their good reviews. The technician, Jerry, was able to come the next day. He was friendly and very efficient in fixing the issue for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Had Rudroff install two new electric heat pump units at my house to replace old worn out units about 5 years ago. Price was very competitive and install quality was good. I signed up for 10 year service plan which includes spring and fall tune ups at that time and have been pleased with that service. More often than not, the same technician (Bill) comes to do the servicing that did the initial install. His familiarity with our system is helpful and he is always friendly.

Bret did an excellent job helping resolve a couple issues with our system. He was very friendly, professional, and on time. I highly recommend Rudroff for your HVAC needs!

Craig and his team were amazing. They quickly got to work and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. They were more than happy to show their progress during installation, which included me taking pictures to send my husband. They did everything they could to make my new equipment as functional as possible for my older style home. They even trimmed a tree that was a little to close to my new AC unit. I wpuld recommended them to anyone.

The Rudroff team has been amazing throughout our relationship! We’ve been on their annual maintenance plan for a while, so we knew they were good. We have come to appreciate how truly great they are as the heat wave rolled in this summer and our AC gave out. Rudroff was prompt to visit, diagnose and provide a temporary solution at no cost. We figured we needed a new system, which Rudroff confirmed and provided us fair quotes with manufacturer and electric co. rebates deducted on our behalf. Installation was a breeze! Once they dug in, the installation team realized that our current system design meant that an expensive, optional component that we chose to upgrade to wasn’t actually needed after all, so of course I was really wowed by that unexpected savings suggestion! Customers for life!

Bret, the Rudroff technician, was on time, courteous, respectful and very friendly. He did an amazing job getting our A/C back up and running in a short amount of time.

Bryan did a very thorough job of inspecting & explaining his finding. We are very happy we are Comfort Club members. Our original systems lasted 22 years. We owe that to the Rudroff team of technicians. Now, that we have our two new heating & cooling systems, we don’t want anyone else maintaining our furnaces & A/C units.
