Rudroff Heating & Air Conditioning

Service was good except for cleaning out outside unit. Your people last year did a lot better than this guy did. Just rinsed off outside of unit, nothing inside. Floor and fan are still dirty.

Today we replaced a 14 year old water heater also installed by Rudroff! Love the Trane HVAC we bought in 2007 ! We are in their comfort club and save !

Similar to other reviewers, I find the price gouging that this business takes part in to be opportunistic and greedy. Robert arrived promptly and diagnosed the lack of cooling in our A/C unit to be a broken capacitor used to operate the condenser and outside radiator motor. It was exactly $256 to replace the capacitor on top of the $90 diagnosis. Unless the capacitor is made of gold, it is a $60 part. I was forced to pay this ridiculous sum because it's common practice to gouge in this industry and couldn't live in a 98 degree house. When I tried to question Robert about the repair, he got defense and acted insulted that I would raise any concern. Bad customer service for getting an effing tin can filled with foil for $350.

Bill is very thorough and he always does a great job! The Comfort Plus program includes a system checkout every spring and fall and I recommend it.

Bret is really nice and knows what he is doing. Glad he came and did the rpair.

The sales and install team were timely, knowledgeable and very thorough in installing the new system It made it easy to see that we made the right choice when choosing a company to purchase a new system.
