Rudroff Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our A/C system inspected which was covered under our Club Maintenance plan. The service tech did the inspection to make sure we didn't have any problems and also looked for anything that might cause future problems. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our property. Excellent person to have on the job!

Bryan was right on time. I was highly impressed with his knowledge of our unit. He pointed out several things that I had questions about and explained how they operated. He had to go back to his service vehicle a couple of times. In both instances, he took off his protective shoe coverings when he went out and put them back on when he came back in. He reset the thermostat to what I wanted. Bryan also showed me a list of things that he did and told me I would be receiving one through my e-mail. I would highly recommend Rudroff Heating and Air Conditioning to friends and neighbors! My only regret is that I didn’t sign up for the maintenance package.

Every experience with Rudroff has been great for us. Our new system was installed by Sam and Craig. They were fast, good and clean. Jerry's sale and follow up was on point. Highly recommended!

First of all working with the Rudroff team was a pleasure from the start. Jerry Hermon worked with me and the insurance company to make sure all the questions were answered in order to move the process along smoothly. As to the technicians Craig Adams and Sam, they were very conscious of their work ethics. As to our prior discussions and planing of what work was to be done, they completed that, as well as resolving other issues that they had found from the prior installers. They made sure I had an understanding of the equipment and patiently answered all my questions. I work in IT, setting my expectations, in serving my customers, on meeting their needs at a high level. The Rudroff team met those expectations. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I'm completely surprised this company has a couple negative reviews. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff that makes appointments is very nice and accommodating. They've always showed up on time and call first. The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell us. He took his time and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was probably here for an hour and a half going over things with us and answering questions. The crew that installed our A/C and furnace were great and cleaned up very well when they were finished. It's now 6 months later and we had them do a check of our furnace before we fire it up for the colder months. The technician Jerry was again very courteous and answered a couple questions I had. If you're looking for a good heating and cooling company I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at Rudroff for being a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend you to friends and family.

It was a great experience from sales to install. The install crew were very informative of how the system worked as we are not very tech savvy. Answered my questions and did an exceptional job of cleaning up and went up and beyond the call through out the process. All of the Rudroff folks did an outstanding job.

Called them for a friend(Robert Scott) Bill came and went right to work solving the problem with the furnace. Bill had a great customer service attitude, very friendly willing to chat just a little to Robert, while he did the report of his work and prepare the bill. He was very knowledgeable, knew right away what he needed to check. I highly recommend Rudroff for service or installation, I have personally used them for both, was very satisfied.

Had very old systems. Purchased new trans HVAC team removed and installed new as scheduled. Left NO mess and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. New system had manufacturers defect (motor in outside unit not running correctly). Thier team got unit band-aided to keep things cool and came back next day when they got part from manufacture to perform fix and 100% fix and test. I’m very happy with service I got

Craig and Sam were very nice and answered all my questions throughout the process of removing my old furnace and installing the new one. They cleaned up the area after installing the furnace and made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. My family has used Rudroff’s for many years and they are still a quality and friendly company to deal with

Craig, Sam and Jerry were awesome to work with. Jerry provided assistance with choosing the right system for our family. Then on the installation day Jerry showed up with Craig and Sam to make sure the whole team was on the same page.
