These gentlemen really cared about their work.
They made suggestions on improving the systems, cost of repair vs. replacement. They were here when they were suppose to be. It's a class operation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Plan to have them out to do more work on another unit. Great job guys!

I wanted to extend a sincere THANK YOU to you and your team. Everyone at Rudroff he’s been fantastic to work with.

Ashley, your first point of contact, is such a caring and friendly person. She has been so kind and understanding regarding my AC situation. She has been so incredibly helpful in working with me, she listens and makes me feel like she honestly cares. She is everything and more than you would ever expect from a team member. While being that wonderful voice on the phone she makes it apparent that not only does she care about the client but also about the business. Those qualities are very tough to find in one person. You should put her photo on the website too!!

Next I’d really like to thank Bill. He’s been so great to work with. He’s been honest and upfront about what needs to take place. He’s also caring and friendly. He was able to explain things to me in layman’s terms and possesses a great amount of knowledge in what he does. He was also able to explain how a lot of other companies operate and why Rudroff is different.

Finally, I’d like to thank you for creating and developing such a great team of people to provide services to our area. It’s hard to maintain a successful business with such kind staff. You have certainly made that happen.

My experience with your company has restored my faith in the service profession and reminds me there are good people out there. I feel like I just want to hang out and visit with your team, like part of the family!

I called them for service on my heat pump and they diagnosed my reversing valve as needing to be replaced. They came back out and replaced the parts and then informed me that my compressor was now damaged as well (even thought the previous technician said it was fine).
I am out almost $1000.00 and still no better then I was when I initially called them.
I had been a customer for many years but I no longer have confidence in there ability to correctly diagnose or fix any issues or take any responsibility when they mess up.

I received a call from the owner after my previous post and he offered to refund $500.00 of the $887.00 since they were not able to deliver the service I expected. While I would have preferred a different outcome I am pleased that he took the time to call and recognize my displeasure and take action to provide a refund to defer the cost.

Rudroff and it's employees are amazing. They are very responsive, helpful, kind and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them for your needs for heating and air conditioning.

Selecting one of the options offered is difficult. We have used Rudroff since the installation of our current HVAC system in 2010. They have always done a thorough job of maintaining our system. Their technicians are friendly and helpful, explaining and/or answering any questions I have.

My tech Craig was awesome. He was prompt and very professional from the minute he got here until he left. The first thing he did was put covers over his shoes, he kept me informed when he was going outside to check on things, and with everything he did. I have the check up/service agreement with them. They come out in the spring to check over the ac, and the furnace in the fall. It is the best money you can spend. They find problems before they get big. These are great people!

They were replacing a old heating system and AC, had call because AC was not working. They let us know when they could check it and when the AC needed replacement gave us information and we decided to have both AC and heating replace. The work was done satisfactory and workmanlike manner and they were helpful and answered any question we had. Since it was very hot and humid we were happy we didn't have a long wait to have the new system installed

Had service to repair my AC scheduled from Ashley and they worked us in incredibly fast with customer service beyond compare. Bill Brehm serviced us and was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as recommended the Comfort Club service that is well worth the value. Would recommend this company any time. Excellent and so very thankful.

Called for service on my AC unit on Monday, had pulled a stick out from between the shell and the coils, and it started leaking all the freon out, they sent Bill out that afternoon and he gave us the estimate on repairs or a new unit, decided on a new unit and was going to be installed Friday. Bill called on Wednesday and said he could come do it now, he was prompt, earlier than promised, and got the new unit in quickly! The unit he installed is SO QUIET!! cooled the house down in no time! Rudroff went above and beyond getting us back up and running! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

This company and their technicians are excellent to deal with. They spend a lot of time answering questions and giving good suggestions. We had Sam today and he was excellent.
