    Very pleased with the prompt service and professionalism as well as the ease of getting the service performed. However I feel I was seriously overcharged for the part installed. After price checking the part installed it is priced anywhere from $40.00 to $60.00 but was charged $350.00. I do not mind at all paying more for parts that are off the truck...I get it. But truly feel a bit of price gouging occurred. Was in a pinch and had not used this company before.

    I had Rudroff come out and my home A/C unit. Jerry was there on time, were very courteous, charged what was expected, and didn't simply try to sell me an A/C unit. They advised me on an optimizer plan I was on with the city, cleaned my A/C unit, and advised on a couple of different things to address to keep the cold air flowing throughout my house. Overall it was a great experience for my wife and I. Thanks Chuck and Jerry!

    My AC wasn't blowing cold air when I turned it on for the first time this season. Bill was here within 20 minutes of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my system up and running again in no time. I appreciated receiving a text prior to his arrival that showed his picture so I knew exactly who to expect.

    Our heat went out Sunday morning, we called our service provider Monday and got a 5 day window. Call Rudroff and they came out in less than 4 hours. They did have to order the part, had it fix the following day.
    The service tech was very polite and honest.

Bill Brehm did a great job explaining our options for the main floor as well as the finished attic space. I trust a selling situation when the person selling has many years of technical experience in the industry.

    Our A/C wasn't working when it started getting hot outside, so I decided to call a smaller, local company. They stated that they were very busy (understandibly this time of year), and it would be several days to get to me. I decided to bear the heat since it wasn't extremely hot outside yet and we ha okve an attic fan to help. Robert showed up early today for our appointment. He was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the capacitor was going to cost a whopping $256, and that was on top of the $90 they charge for the residential diagnostic. Since it wasn't getting any cooler, and not knowing much about A/C units, I told him to go ahead and replace it. The part used was a MARS Turbo 200 cap that runs $66.72 on Amazon. Now I'm feeling a bit ripped off. I understand they are a business to make money, and it was a home service call, but I feel paying a near $200 premium for this part was a bit much, especially since the original part was a smaller, less expensive cap (around $15 on Amazon). So to sum it up, good service, polite and professional technicians, but the extremely overpriced part leaves me feeling like I just got ripped off.
    Update: After calling around to other local ac and heating businesses, the ones that would give me a quote were right around the same price, so I have updated my rating to reflect that. Also, I spoke with the owner and discussed the issue. I still believe that the part is extremely overpriced, even with the warranty, but it seems it's standard practice for everyone in this industry to gouge the customer. Updated my score based on a recent service visit. Tech was here fast and took care of our issue. Once again tech was polite and professional.

    The service team that came to my rescue was very courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They showed up when they said they would, and in fact, waited for me. My furnace is not easy access, but they were determined, and conquered. We all greatly appreciate the heat. Thanks so much Bill and Jason!
