I contacted Ed's Heating & Air when my AC unit broke in late July. I was concerned about getting over charged because I don't know much about AC units and it was in the middle of a heat wave. He was able to come out to my house the same day, at the time promised, and promptly fix the problem. His charges were very fair and his work was efficient. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or relative.

We received a quote from Ed to install some duct work in two bedrooms, a bathroom and family space. Price was right and work was good quality, Ed was very nice to work with. Will be recommending him to family and friends.

So, I called and explained my situation. He offered to come out that night, but first offered some trouble shooting, and actually helped me fix it myself over the phone. Very professional, great service. Ed has a lot of good experience and knowledge in servicing heating and aid conditioning systems. He did a thorough job and was very neat. He handled the rebates promptly and even completed the warranty registration. You won't be disappointed if you call Ed.

I have had Ed do work for me in both good times and bad, and he has never let me down. When another outfit told me I needed to replace my a.c. unit, Ed told me he could do the repair the other guy said was impossible. Then, when it came time to do the repair, he discovered that the problem was treatable without the expensive repair! When it comes time to replace the a.c. you can bet Ed will be the only one I call.

When I needed my furnace replaced, Ed put a new one in and also did some extra stuff regarding my humidifier that he didn't even charge me for! A week later, the new furnace went out. I discovered it upon my return from being out late on a Saturday night. I called Ed, expecting to get his answering machine (it was 2:00am or so!) but he answered right away. After talking me through a few checks, none of which fixed the problem, he came over to the house at 3:00am on the coldest night of the year. He discovered it was a faulty part, which he wouldn't be able to get until Monday, so he set up a bunch of space heaters for me so I wouldn't freeze. Later that day he checked in and mentioned that he could get a guy to open the parts store, but it would cost me $100. That was a no-brainer! Ed got the part, came on Sunday afternoon, taking time away from a family outing, replaced the part and got the furnace going again, all for free (except the $100 I'd already agreed to pay so the shop would let Ed in to buy the part.) My hero!
