The busiest season for furnace replacement (last fall) and Ed still went out of his way in order to handle our need. Without applying any sales pressure, Ed provided us all the information we needed to make the right choice for a furnace and he gave us an honest quote for the project. Furnace replacement is not something you look forward to but if you find yourself in need, do not make a decision without first talking with Ed's heating and air.

One of my home AC units broke down on weekend a month ago. I called many places and could not find anyone to answer my calls. Ed answered my call during his daughter's graduation party and allowed me to pick up a capacitor at his house. I was impressed by his exceptional customer service and his dedication. Two days ago, my other AC failed. Ed responded my service call immediately. After completing a thorough investigation, Ed provided his honest opinions on options for repairs and replacement. I decided to replace it. Ed installed a new unit on the second day. Ed is trust worthy and his price is very reasonable. I will continue to use Ed for all my service needs. I strongly recommend Ed to meet your service need as well.

Additional post Jan 2019: On the coldest night in the past 30 years in MN (-27F), the thermocouple that verifies the flame in my gas furnace failed. I called ED (I woke him up) and he came to my house. He replaced the part and the problem was solved. The next day Ed called me to confirm my furnace was working properly. Ed is the only guy you need for service or replacement. Honest, reliable, responsive.

Ed replaced my furnace and AC. A great job, done right, fast, and on the agreed date. I recommend Ed to anyone. He is local and does great work.

Ed came out and rescued us on a hot, humid weekend. I really appreciate his responsiveness on a non business day. We had a 3 year old A/C system that was breaking down in several ways. After unsuccessfully dealing with another vendor, we called Ed in for help. Our blower motor gave out, and Ed fixed it. We also had a pretty bad Freon leak that Ed first diagnosed and then fixed. He had to replace our evaporator coil and the service valve outside. Each of these three repairs was done professionally and with care. The parts were under warranty and Ed handled that for me. He was also honest and upfront with the quotes. Of course, I think any A/C repair work is expensive, but I believe Ed's rates to be very fair. I would definitely recommend Ed's Heating & Air and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Called Ed and he walked me through repairing my unit myself. Helped me fix my furnace right over the phone. What a stand up guy! I will definitely keep his number for the future. Very knowledgeable, kind, and right to the point! 10/10

Had a furnace that would heat intermittently which at this time of the year is not good. Had my daughter call Ed who responded in two day and fixed the problem. I have use Ed's Heating and cooling three time now over the last four years for different issues. He does not try to sell you a new unit , , but is willing to discuss future needs. Each experience has been positive. I find Ed to be professional, prompt, competent and honest.

I would definitely recommend Ed if you need work done. We had to replace the furnace in our new home shortly after moving in. We called Ed to look at the issue on the Saturday and he had it fully installed on Monday. Very efficient service and Ed also took the time to explain everything very clearly. Ed took extra time to ensure everything was working fine and even came back that it wasn't too loud.

We found out about Ed's from a neighbor who had found out about Ed's from another neighbor. We all are very satisfied with the air conditioning that Ed's Heating installed for us.

We live in a house built in the 70's that has hot water heat. We had others that came in and gave us their air conditioning pitch but did not bother to listen. Ed listened and then told us his opinion on the pros and cons of all our options. His price was competitive. His work was excellent. He was very easy to work with and we are pleased with the air conditioning system he installed.

I have used Ed's heating for a couple service calls and then eventually purchased an Air conditioner from him. The service calls were always prompt and on time. Always had a good discussion about any issues and possible resolutions. When I purchased my AC he was the only one of 3 bids that actually quoted me what I needed instead of a larger unit with more bells and whistles than necessary. Saved me plenty of money. Highly recommended.

Ed and his son install a new Furnace for us in April 2017 as we'd been having issues with our old one. He was able to install the next day and pricing was very reasonable I thought. Have not had any issues since! Will definitely be using Ed in the future should we have any more HVAC issues.
