Ed has installed both a furnace and air condition at my home. In each instance Ed treated my home like his own; he was very professional, timely, and extremely responsive. He looked out for me after the install by checking in with me on the performance of the AC/furnace and even tracking down rebates for me.

Ed and his son Ed Jr. are extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They have repaired our furnace and air conditioner and after exhausting all inexpensive options for furnace repair we decided to replace it. Ed’s was able to get it done that same day on one of the coldest days of the year and worked into the evening to get the job done to get out house warm. Ed’s has always been honest and respectful and we appreciate their hard work and good advice. Do not hesitate to use their services.

We had a furnace problem, the heating wasn’t working. And Ed was such a pleasure, he instructed us over the phone in process of fixing our problem. And it turned out to be a simplest task for us to handle!!

Ed gave us very reasonable price estimate if he had to come to our house personally to fix the problem.

He even educated us about things to do in the future to avoid like problems.

And now we don’t have to freeze at night. 🔥😌

I’ve called several other “Heating and Cooling” services/companies before I reach Ed. Most of them tried to rip us off: their strategy is to come to our house and do a diagnose, which will cost us about $100 ~ $225 plus repair service fees. Some were charging $195/per hour and some were lower. They all refuse to provide an estimate of their service. (Mmhmm. Nope.)

I would definitely go to Ed again if we ever have any other issues with our furnace. (Or anything else as long as it falls under his expertise :)

My first call to Ed was to quote a new furnace. I got 3 quotes for a new furnace and chose Ed because he is a no nonsense just the facts kind of guy. He didn't push a larger furnace that would have cost more. Ed is professional and friendly, I am confident in my choice. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did!

My furnace at my house went out on a Sunday. My dad gave Ed's Heating a call and he answered immediately. My dad explained what was going on. Ed explained it was something simple. He talked my dad through what to do and within 10mins my heat was up and working again. I haven't had any issues since. It really was something small and I appreciate the $$ I saved with him being willing to talk my dad through what he needed to do.
I will contact Ed's Heating if I ever need there help in the future.

I'm very happy with the work Ed did at my house installing a new furnace. I'm also very happy with the furnace. Ed kept all his commitments, arriving on schedule, and leaving the work area neat and clean. He was comfortable with my dog, which I really appreciated. Also, he was very prompt filing for my energy efficiency rebate! It's good to know a reliable HVAC professional and I'll trust future maintenance to Ed's company.

I had my furnace go out last April and Ed sent his employees over with space heaters until he could arrive to look at our furnace later that day. Ed came later the same day I called and was thorough and explained what was broken, how much the repair would be and answered all our questions. We inquired about putting in a new furnace and the cost associated with the furnace installation. The cost of the repair was about half way to a new furnace and we told Ed we needed to think about it. Ed let us use his space heaters for over 3 weeks while we decided. He installed a furnace in May and I am glad I went with Ed! I had my furnace make an error message today, he sent an employee over the same day and found I had a dirty filter and provided a service call at no cost! Bottom line is go with Ed! You won’t regret it, he answers his phone and provides fast, reliable, and cost efficient services. I will continue to use Ed’s Heating and Air.

Our furnace quit working right when the temperature was dropping to single digits. We called Ed’s and they were able to come out that day. EJ came out and tried to fix it, after my husband had already tried and failed and left a mess. After a call to his dad Ed it was decided that Ed would come out later the evening and look at it. Ed came over at 7 pm, he spent over an hour working on it due to the mess my husband left and was able to get it working. They charged a fair price for labor and parts, we know we will need a new furnace sooner then later and plan on calling them to install it. Thanks again Ed and EJ!
