ED replaced my 20 years old furnace and air conditioner to American Standard 97% High Efficient Furnace and A/C. I’m very please with Ed’s Heating & Air, Inc.
I had4 different bids for the high efficient American Standard Furnace and A/C and Ed’s quote was the reasonable one for the same products. Therefore, I highly recommend him to anyone who is planning to replace his or her furnace and A/C because he is very honest person, does great job and do not overcharge customers. Moreover, he handled the rebates and warranty forms promptly. Very nice person to work with.

Overall the service was good but a little disappointing that we paid $100 trip charge even though we live in Woodbury which is same city as business plus $100/hr to look for problem to no avail. He did eliminate many basic possibilities, determined we had weak airflow, and gave us notice that the next items to review would be more extensive in time and cost. Thus we stopped at that point since our unit is old. It looks like another provider would have only charged us $98 for initial trip and one hour review. Ed did work quickly so I did not have a problem with the $100/hr rate.

Dec 2021 Update: Called 5 different HVAC contractors and Ed was the only one who would give me a price estimate over the phone which I greatly appreciate. Even telling other contractors exactly what the issue was they refused to quote anything only stating they would give me a quote onsite. Props to Ed. Have updated my stars to 4 and will likely try him again.

Ed replaced my 26 yo furnace a couple weeks ago. From estimate to install gave me straight talk with no bull, always did exactly what he said he would do. Installed new furnace when scheduled a week later, even upgraded with no extra charge because the model we agreed on wasn't available on that day. He and Cory did a fine job with the install including a re-positioning to accommodate future remodeling.

Ed’s Heating and Air just installed a new furnace, replacing a 22 year old unit. The day prior, Ed was out to diagnose the problem, and proposed several options which included replacing the failed components or replacing the entire unit. He never ‘sold’ to me, and was up front discussing benefits of repair vs replace. I got a great deal on new, the install was done in a timely manner, floors in the house were covered with tarps, and Ed did the installation himself. Anything Heating and Air, give Ed Pelto a call. He’ll be the one answering the phone!

Ed is great, our furnace went out in around 3am Sunday morning. We noticed it was out around 5am. Called Ed and he gave troubleshooting steps over the phone. Our furnace was back up and running within a 10 minute phone call! Highly recommend him. Call him before anyone else!
