Jason connected our new disposer, dishwasher and new faucet to our new sink. His work was top notch. He was very considerate and left the area clean. I would request him for any future job and recommend him as well.

My first experience with Rascher Plumbing & Heating was a good one. Dave kept me updated on when they would arrive and Mark, who did the repair, was punctual, professional, friendly and courteous. I'm happy with the work performed and the price was less than I had expected. It's a good feeling knowing that I now have someone I can trust when I need plumbing and heating work done.

Jason was friendly, professional and efficient. He completed the task in a reasonable time frame and asked if we needed anything else looked at. I showed him another item and he repaired that efficiently as well. We are a first time customer, but now are looking to Rascher as our go to source for our plumbing needs based on today’s experience.

Jason and Jake arrived on time, were thorough and thoughtful about fixing our three plumbing problems. I also appreciated Dave in scheduling for returning my call promptly, scheduling the service and calling to remind me and confirm a few days before. I will only call Rascher from now on for our plumbing needs. We live in a historic house in St. Paul. And not all our plumbing is modern. They are knowledgeable enough and willing to problem solve instead of just taking a quick look and telling you you've got to update everything--as some other plumbers have tried to tell us. Especially if you have an older home, I highly recommend them. Very easy to get an appointment. They explain things clearly.

I noticed a slow drip in a basement water pipe and asked neighbors who they recommended: Rascher had high marks. They gave good advice over the phone about my situation, and when Jason came out to do the work, it was simple, painless, and seemed reasonably priced. Plus, he took the effort to do preventive work rather than just patch the hole. Good to have local high-quality people for this work!

After another plumber failed to show up, I called Joe at Rascher. Joe was responsive and reliable. There were two major projects I hoped to complete and Joe gave quotes for both so I could budget accordingly. His team was quick to respond and when another project landed in my lap unexpectedly, his team handled it quickly. The gentlemen who did the work were respectful of my property and my time. I will recommend Rascher to my friends, family, and neighbors and call them first for any future plumbing issues. Excellent workmanship and professionalism by all those involved!

This was the first time I had used Rascher Plumbing but will definitely consider them in the future. I had Jason come round today to repair a leaking pipe. He was professional, friendly and courteous and completed the work and provided tips to prevent future occurrences.
