Everyone I was in contact with at Rascher was helpful and courteous. They were very quick to get me an estimate, which was very accurate. The work was done on time, and the plumber (Jason) was friendly. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, which were explained fully with possible solutions laid out. They seem to really put the customer first. Rascher will be my go-to for a plumber.

I selected Rascher Plumbing & Heating to replace my water heater simply because of their strong reviews on Google, and I was glad I chose them! Dave, the manager, was professional and honest in the quote he provided me and consistent with the actual bill. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were professional, respectful, and efficient. My situation was a semi-emergency (the water heater broke 2 days before Thanksgiving) and they came out the next day without charging anything extra for the speedy service. I highly recommend their business and would use them again without hesitancy!

I have used Rascher Plumbing now twice for different odd jobs. I have even spoken to Dave on the phone and avoided a costly visit with his kind attention to my questions. Most recently Jason came out to the house and helped restore our water pressure for our kitchen sink. I never hesitate to recommend them to Friends and Family/

Jason called and let me know he was on his way. Arrived at the time he was scheduled. Replaced our old water heater and took away the old one. I asked him about replacing a leaky faucet in the kitchen and he was very helpful with suggestions about getting it replaced for me. Great service and I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

This is the third time in 2 months I have needed a plumber for work on my old house. This time it was Mark who came to rescue me. Once again the work and professionalism was excellent. He was personable, friendly and understanding. I have recommended Rascher to two of my friends in need. I am soooo impressed!!!!

Had a gas leak in our basement. Ed arrived before the appointed time. He fixed the leak and thoroughly checked all the other gas lines. His work brought me great peace of mind.

We inherited a couple of bad outdoor faucets from the previous homeowners. Complicating factors included a completely finished basement. Received a call back same day and Jason was out the following day with all the tools to do the job right away. Great guy, great work, great price. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
