After using rauscher over the past year for various services and spending thousands of dollars my dad and I are unhappy with our experience dealing with this company. During our first visit they sent a plumber with an obvious body odor problem. For what they are charging personal hygiene should be a given and it was so strong it took me over 30min to air our home out. When I mentioned this to Dave he didn’t seem receptive to that feedback and from that point on has been cold in our interactions. Second, they bill you by the minute including the time it takes for them to total up the bill and the time it takes to fill out the check. If they did excellent work this wouldn’t be a big issue but during our latest service call the plumber we had missed a leak with our sink pipes while installing a new garbage disposal. He forgot the new toilet seat and had to waste time calling the office to send out a replacement. He also left a dirty bucket filled with dirty water in our home for us to deal with. Be advised if you choose a toilet or any fixtures from Ferguson and use Rauscher to install Rauscher significantly marks up the cost. Also be advised that their hourly rate increases every May which they don’t disclose on their website or during scheduling calls. Dave has been unpleasant to deal with, his arrogance and scheduling mistake caused a delay in our service and stress. Instead of being apologetic and offering a discount due to his mistake he acted cold and indifferent and like it was our problem for not wanting to use the plumber he sent instead of the one we had requested. The last guy they sent out to seal the sink pipe didn’t fix the leak. Whatever paste he used to seal it is easily wiped off, he didn't do the bottom rim just the top leaving water dripping through onto the area below the sink. He never recommended replacing that pipe piece or communicated options to us before he left. We will never use them again and they didn’t fix the the sink drip they most likely created during the garbage disposal install. Rascher replaced an old concrete laundry tub and reworked the plumbing in my laundry room to include a new standpipe and water hook up for the washer. It was a big job, and Jason and Caleb did great. I worked with Joe initially on estimates and advice about the job, and he was always so helpful and responsive. The results came out better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier!

Used Rascher to hook up a new dishwasher with odd plumbing I had in my older home. Gabe was very kind, helpful, and patient with all of my questions and Jennifer in scheduling was wonderful as well! Highly recommend and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

My boiler started acting up on a sub-zero degree day, shortly before we were leaving for a trip. The friendly dispatcher at Rascher offered some useful troubleshooting advice over the phone, and scheduled a technician, Matt, who had experience working on the brand of boiler I have, to come the next day. Matt was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue.

Replaced garbage disposal , unclogged sink and replaced pipes under the sink.. Tim was very personable and explained what the problems were and what he was doing as he went along. I will use this company again and will refer friends.

We had a very positive experience with Rascher. We have used them for 41 years. They are prompt and make their best attempt to come the day we call to service our home. The plumbers are very friendly and helpful. They are honest and back their work.

Jason from Rascher Plumbing & Heating came out to replace water shutoff valves that were installed by the builder. The builder installed valves that were substandard. He also replaced our kitchen sink faucet. Jason did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and polite. We highly recommend Rascher Plumbing & Heating and will definitely call on them again should we need plumbing, heating, or air conditioning service.
