Jason has done several repairs for us and is the best! He is very pleasant, thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend Rascher Plumbing based on my experience with Jason.

We have an older home with 80-year old plumbing fixtures. Other plumbers were reluctant to address some of the issues that we had for fear of working with old faucets and valves. A neighbor recommended Rascher as having expertise in working with older homes. Mark, who come out, certainly had that. He was clear in diagnosing our problems and explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to proceed. He successfully fixed our leaks and we could not be more pleased. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and highly competent. Rascher will now be our go-to plumbing service.

Outstanding professional, friendly service by Jason. I had a couple of minor repairs, and Jason had already been well-briefed on them before he arrived. He had parts sent ahead and completed the jobs within an hour -- keeping me informed before and during the visit. I'll be using Rascher again if I have plumbing needs.

Had Jason, the plumber, come to my rescue today. He saved one faucet which prevented more leaks and replaced another faucet which stopped constant running of the water. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Actually a pleasure for a plumbing experience! Will recommend to friends!

Called Rascher again this week (three weeks after the first time) for another issue and had the same great service that I did before. Left a message at first and was called back right away by Dave Rascher. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day (this was a non-emergency issue). Again had Jason come to the house and he was friendly, efficient and knew his stuff. Complete satisfaction! Recommended Rascher to my friend who has plumbing needs.

Rascher did a great job helping us replace a faucet for our kitchen sink. Very patient Plumber (Mark). Waited for me when I was late to meet him and worked hard on a tricky piping situation. We appreciate the excellent work!

I don’t have enough great things to say about this company. They replaced our 41 year old hot water heater in May 2020. They initially were not able to come out immediately but moved some things around to accommodate us same day. It had a defective thermocoupler. They came out immediately and replaced. Jason was so nice, professional, and quick. Thank you for being our go-to people and accommodating us on short notice not 1 but 2 times!

We've used Rascher Plumbing twice and had a great experience both times! Joe created a detailed proposal and the scope of work and price was very clear. I just bought a new home built in 1910 and it's always a bit nerve wracking to try and find great people who do great work. Rascher exceeds that bar. Jason has installed our water softener, garbage disposal, dryer vent, and has recently fixed a leak in our main plumbing stack. Everything was done very well and they do a great job explaining things to you. I will continue to call them for any plumbing needs I have.
