Jason and Kip were amazing! Had to have a new water heater installed and they were both very professional from the beginning. Were able to answer all of my questions and also provided advice on how I can help keep it running at its highest potential. Old water heater was removed and new one installed in under 2 hours! Would definitely recommend Rascher in the future.

I recently decided to proactively replace my aging thirty year old water heater and after corresponding with a few heating and plumbing places I determined that Rascher Plumbing was the best option for my needs. On the front end the communication and transparency was excellent in regards to how the job would be handled and also estimation of related costs. I had an additional task (removal of tempering tank) that needed to be completed and my confidence in their experience and know-how was a big factor in choosing them. Jason arrived on time for the planned date of replacement and handled all of the expected and unexpected tasks at hand most competently. The job was a little bit longer than anticipated due to a sudden need for re-piping however the entire process went as fluidly as could be expected and Jason also provided top-notch workmanship which is ultimately the most important factor; he is also polite and treated my living space with care. Following payment I received an invoice with a detailed breakdown of the individual costs so I could have a full understanding of the labor and parts charges separately; little details such as this are appreciated my me. Overall I came away from the experience feeling that I made a wise decision in choosing to do business with Rascher; they do impeccable work at a fair price.

Called on Rascher because my indoor garage spigot was giving me and my garage a shower each time I used it. Jason wasn’t good at his work, he was GREAT! No more unwanted showers. I’ve used Rascher Plumbing before, including installation of a hot water heater and for other various plumbing problems as my home ages. I’ve always been happy with their work, and will keep their number handy for any future problems.

This is the fourth time I've used Rascher for a plumbing issue. Jason did a super job replacing an outside faucet. He was very considerate of my property, super neat, and very efficient. I would not hesitate to call Rascher again. Plus I got an appointment for the day after I called. Can't beat that.

Jason from Rascher Plumbing spent most of yesterday replacing faucets in the upstairs master bath. He worked all day, came prepared with all the proper tools and even a vacuum. He placed covers over his shoes and when finished there was not even a piece of lint left to clean up....all was spotless! Such a nice guy and he worked so hard. He had to drill bigger holes for the designer faucets to fit and worked on his back under the sinks most the time. What a job and he did it all never asking for anything and with a smile when I would check to see if he needed anything. Thank you Jason, you are one of a kind and when I need a plumber again I will for sure insist on you. Bless you, you sure represent Rascher Plumbing well.

We are in the process of selling our house and needed trusted plumbers to help with various projects. You both worked hard for us: coordinating home visits, getting price quotes, finding the right materials, talking us through the projects and offering great suggestions. Best of all, Chris identified a safety issue with our dryer and took immediate steps to fix it (and didn't break the bank to do it).
Chris, thanks for your work on the bathroom sink, toilet, installing the new kitchen sink faucet and removing old pipes hooked up to the washing machine and replacing them with new brass ones. Dave, thanks for setting everything up and sourcing the kitchen sink faucet, we love it, and I'm sure our buyers will too.

Rascher was recommended to me by a local expert fabricator and trusted friend. My job was a 40-gallon water heater replacement and furnace gas line repair. Joe's number was competitive. Jason and Jake did a quick, clean installation, kept me in the loop and answered my questions patiently. They are welcome in my home.

His work was efficient and he was punctual and friendly.
