Rascher Plumbing and Heating did an amazing job on a tricky 100 year old galvanized water line running out to our garden hose. Matt was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about the work, and Jennifer was responsive in scheduling and ensuring I knew up front what to expect. Matt replaced a galvanized water line that was hidden in the ceiling behind ducting and very hard to get to - and he was done in less than three hours and all cleaned up. Because I was picky about where the shutoff valve would be located, Matt came back out the following day and graciously changed the location of the shutoff valve, for which he did not charge anything extra. Throughout the whole experience, I found Rascher plumbing to be an excellent shop and very knowledgeable and considerate. I would highly recommend working with them for any water or HVAC jobs - especially in these old St Paul houses that have lots of quirks. Many thanks to Rascher Plumbing and Heating!

we got an appointment within an hour or so of my phone call to Rascher. Jason was on time and was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a new kitchen faucet put in. It works better now than it ever did. Jason explained in layman's terms why the faucet was working so poorly in the past. Jason did a Great job...Thanks Jason and Rascher.

Had Jason, the plumber, here to replace shower faucet and sprayer that was leaking into the basement. Great experience! He was friendly, very pleasant and punctual. I had a hot water heater installed along with some duct work done; they did a great job of making sure I was up to code at a good price. The technician even took the time to show me proper maintenance and things to look out for. Very great business will work with them in the future. They even recommended someone to me for other issues my house was having.

I needed a whole-house water filter installed, and Jason from Rascher was both personable and professional. Arrived early and let me know, went through the proposed piping solution, discussed the filter I’d bought and then went at it. Done quicker than estimated. Great experience overall.

An outside water faucet broke of, cracking the pipe. The shut off to the pipe was not completely closing. We needed to shut off the main to the house. Rascher responded to our call from Sunday night at 8AM on Monday. Jason was at our home by 9AM and completed the installation of a new shutoff valve, copper pipe to the exterior, and a new outside faucet in one hour. The removed pipe was galvanized and had most likely been in place for over 30 years. Jason was able to remove the pipe without cutting. He did expert job, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Jason did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would. He was polite and personable. He was efficient and his work was high quality--everything worked exactly as it should when done. Everything was clean and tidy when he finished. There was no "up-selling". He pointed out an issue that I might want to watch for in the future with a faucet cartridge but didn't make me feel pressured in any way to deal with it immediately. I was very pleased and will use Rascher again for my plumbing needs.
