I called for info about a new thermostat specific to my HVAC brand. They don't provide service to North Minneapolis. The person I spoke to had a very rude tone to his voice when referring to "The Northside". Not sure what he was implying by that, or what the reasons are for not providing service to my area, but the tone in his voice was enough to make me hang up and seek service elsewhere.

Matt was a awesome technician! He was very informative in the process of repairing our furnace and educated me on what I could do as a consumer to prolong the life of my appliance. It was a overall great experience.

$550 dollars for 2.5 lbs of R-22 refrigerant! That's $220 per pound, over TWICE as much as competitors charge. It's partly my fault because I did agree to this price prior to shopping around for a cheaper provider of R-22. In addition, after a quick search, I could by 5 lbs of R-22 for $195. Thus the two star rating! I will say however, the service was excellent! I placed a call and talked to a friendly, helpful and courteous individual who dispatched a technician in less than an hour!! Great service, sky high price!!
