I've used Edina Heating and Cooling for a number of years. Matt has been my guy and he's been able to answer questions and get things right every time. I have worked with him in a commercial setting as well as at my own home. Edina H&C has also accommodated me in emergency situations as well. I've been so grateful for the honesty and integrity as well as the excellent service. I can't recommend them enough!

They were honest and prompt. Our air conditioner went out on a very hot day. These guys were able to come out the same day. I thought I’d need a completely new 6-8K A/C unit but Matt diagnosed a faulty capacitor and fixed it on the spot for a couple hundred bucks. He gave me maintenance advice and was a very good guy. Every other place I called could not get me in, some for two weeks. I wish every business operated this way. Thank you Matt and Edina Heating and Cooling.

I called in the morning regarding a problematic furnace, and two men were able to come out that afternoon. They were quick, professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous with our pets. They were knowledgeable about my heating and A/C systems, and I felt like they gave me honest advice. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I called morning of 12/24 and they were out almost immediately. We had no heat and were expecting a major bill on our 15 year old furnace. The repair was quick, minor, and inexpensive. Bottom line, they could have gotten away with a major charge if they were only slightly dishonest. These guys were fantastic. I could not have been more pleased.

We had a new furnace and ac installed 10 years ago—great customer service. They answer calls and return messages right away. We had them come out for a couple of checks, and to test my Mom's 20+ year old furnace. So good to have reliable service from trusted, knowledgeable people!

I've been using these guys for a multitude of years now for my boiler. They are always very responsive, friendly, and get the job done right the first time.
My last service call was for air in the lines of my boiler, which was causing it to not properly heat my home. Tim took the time to show me how to purge the air from the pipes, and also how to drain the waterlogged expansion tank. He saved me from an expensive air separator upgrade and future service calls for the same issues by empowering me with the know-how to accomplish it myself. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step, so now I can handle this on my own. Plus, they are very friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a different company do a service call for my HVAC unit not working. The tech quoted me a $1,600 repair even though it was still under warranty. I had Edina Heating come look at it and it was merely an exposed wire leading to the motor shorting out. They had it fixed in less than half an hour for a minimal service and repair fee. They gave a customer for life in me! Highly recommend.

I am a real estate agent and often call for furnace and AC inspection, repair and replacement. Edina Heating has the best techs that are very smart, personable and respectful to all of my clients. Absolutely my first choice.
