Brian and his team did everything they said they would (and a little extra, to be honest). They were always on time, kept our home clean, and installed our new furnace, AC, and ductwork in a professional manner. We bought a new heater and air conditioner from Costco and Golden Valley Heating & Air is installer for them. Our experience could not be better. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They even filed all the appropriate paperwork with our energy company to get us rebates!

I turned to GVHA a few years ago when another HVAC company stopped responding. I have my furnace and AC checked annually. The guys are personable and explain thoroughly. They really are there to be sure that you get the most out of your HVAC system! I was so glad when I found out that they service where I moved to this year. Highly recommend.

Excellent from beginning with in-home inspection to competitive offer for AC and new furnace. Installation was completed by the most professional technicians we have experienced. I can't say enough how professional and effective their techs are. I was told by another HVAC place that my furnace was basically dead the last time they were here, the tech that came from GVHA got me going and said unless there's something major it would last at least another 5 years. They showed up on time and got me going in less than a half hour. Piece of mind, fast service, this is the standard for all home services.

I called them when my thermostat went blank. They suggested i check for loose wiring before having them come out to look at it (though they were perfectly willing to come out if I preferred). They told me what to look for and how to access the wiring. I followed their directions and the problem is solved. This is why I am a loyal customer.

The price was great but it took almost 8 weeks to get it installed. The guys were not very professional and had a radio playing the entire they were working in my home with an inappropriate station on while I was trying to work.

I was very impressed in working with Golden Valley Heating & Air. They came out the same day I called, prepared a proposal which included several options and walked through it with me before they left. The team they sent out to install my furnace was right on time and very professional ! I would highly recommend using this family owned business for any new furnace or air conditioning needs!

They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and patient. I was anxious about the process of replacing my entire HVAC system, but they made the process easy and comfortable. I would definitely work with them again.
