i recently replaced my furnace by GVHA via a Costco program. the sales person was honest and didn't try to upsell something I don't need. installation was even better - they arrived on time, did a excellent job as far as i could tell, and cleaned up very nicely and hauled away everything. not a single item dumped in my garbage can. i was drawn to this firm by Costco's reputation initially. but at the end of the day, it has earned the next job on its own merit. great service.

Appreciate the customer service first and foremost. Sat down with Doug Marsh to talk about the different AC and furnace units to purchase. His suggestions on what works best (sometimes that doesn't mean the highest priced item).
Install team was on time, professional and courteous. Typically they have 2 guys on the job but I got 4 since the company party was later that evening and guys from other cities were in town. Finished it all in 4 hours. Also, being a Costco member it was a great deal to go through Costco where these guys are a preferred partner of theirs. A nice incentive if you are a member.

I found them through Costco and everyone I dealt/spoke with were very kind. They installed a new furnace, thermostat and air conditioner. Cleaned up after themselves and explained the reason some things were done. Wish I could use this company for all my home remodeling.

The entire staff at GVHA was terrific. It started with Jim our sales rep and Jodi and Susan the office staff. Guiding us through the purchasing process. Aaron and Josh, our installation technician's, did an outstanding job of creating a piping system to allow use to benefit from a high efficiency heating system. True craftsman and a credit the their occupation. A new system is a big investment and we are very pleased with GVHA's all around service! Thank you.

GV H&A installed my HVAC system prior to when I purchased my house. I was concerned about my A/C so I scheduled an appointment for it to me looked at.
It was a simple process to get an appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I will be using GV H&A going forward as I am impressed!

These guys were great. Didn't try to oversell me on extras I didn't need or didn't fit with my house. The techs were perfectly on time and got everything done quickly and then gave me a very thorough overview of the new system they installed. They even did a great job cleaning up before they left. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

We recently had a new AC and furnace installed. Our AC went out the hottest weekend of the summer thus far. We called several different companies for quotes. There was $8,000 range difference between the companies (for similar products). Golden Valley Heating and Air was slightly more than our lowest bid, but we went through Costco and received a 15% rebate/cash card off the total cost, which made the total we paid (after the rebate) significantly less than any other companies we received estimates from. Initially they had us about 4 weeks out for install, but were able to get another customer to switch their install date with ours so we only had to wait 10 days. We were happy with the installation crew - they were happy to go over everything with us following completion and even during installation. We have not had any issues that required follow-up service calls (good), so I'm hopeful their customer service (when needed) will be equally good. The pulled all the necessary permits and submit all the rebates for you. Overall, very pleased.

We received 4 quotes for buying a new AC and Furnace, we chose Golden Valley based on their presentation, a referral, and that their price was competitive. The installation went very well and we are very pleased with our choice of Golden Valley Heating. They also submitted all the paperwork for our rebates and kept us informed of the process and what we could expect. I would highly recommend this company.

I love my new lennox a/c and furnace the installers did a profesional job. I've had it installed a few days ago and I'm enjoying the new blue tooth thermostat to. Havnt tried out the furnace yet since it's hot out so I'll have to see.
