The technician was polite, respectful of my home, told me everything that he was doing. He gave good maintenance recommendations to me ie:furnace filter. It was a good experience. I will use GV Heating and Air again!

I chose Golden Valley Heating & Air over other estimates because of the offer they had and the friendly rapport I had with Brian. My choice was validated when the city inspector offered the comment that whoever did the installation did a really nice job.

Having a furnace problem in the winter is worrisome, to say the least.
My experience with GV Heating and Air was very helpful in overcoming my fears with a gas leak I was experiencing.
The technician seemed very competent while fixing this problem and also noticed a problem with the blower motor. He stated the facts, with no pressure to fix it then (part of me wished he would have said what he would do). Personal and efficient in getting the job done on a cold day!

We were really pleased with our furnace service from Golden Valley Heating and Air. The technician showed up on time, performed the work with no up-sell, explained what he had done on completion and even explained how to replace a thermostat if I wish to do so myself. He gave us a special rate listed on their website without us asking, as well as a rebate form to submit to Xcel Energy for the biennial service. We will definitely be using Golden Valley Heating and Air in the future.

I had a service visit in 2015 (Tom was the tech) and now a second in 2016 (Eric was the tech). Both were positive experiences. Both techs were friendly, respectful, highly competent and on-time. I cannot offer any negative comments. Every aspect was positive. I will call them again in the future and would have no hesitation offering a recommendation to friends, neighbors or relatives.

My wife and I received a deal through Costco for a new furnace through Golden Valley Heating and Air. Before going with them we obtained some other estimates; but the feeling we had was that the others lacked the level and depth of knowledge and experience. Not only did they provide us with an excellent product, but they helped us through all the paperwork for the rebates and discounts - Costco deal, tax deal, power company deal, etc. Really quite complicated to get all the benefits and deals available, but we fee we did.

Being it's this time of the season, spring, I can't tell if the new system works like I should but I will have to say they did an excellent job!!!! They made sure that the floors stayed clean by putting down rugs the entire way down the stairs!!! It's a distance to where the furnace was located!! You have a accomplished crew that seems to know how to engineer our solutions for heating and cooling. I would expect if we have any issues you would be all over it!!!!! Overall very happy!!!!

The installers were on-time, very professional, were patiently answering all my questions, took care of keeping my place clean, and did a great job overall. That's how things should always be done.

All I can say is what a great experience it was to get anew furnace and air conditioner. these guys were truly great at their job. My furnace is like a piece of furniture. It is so clean and done so well i want to brag on how good it looks. Golden Valley heating and air recommended a duct cleaning company prior to having the furnace installed and they also hit it out of the park. When They opened up the duct work, it looked like it was just installed, it was that clean. The whole job was awsome. I had my own construction Company for ten years and i never installed hvac, but if i had, I would want a company like G.V. heating and air as the company that worked for me. I would recommend Golden Valley Heating and Air to all my customers. Lennox is the way to go when it comes to hvac and they may not be the cheapest brand but they are the best in the upper 48 states. You get what you pay for and I can tell you that this is the best value for your dollar. Thanks Golden Valley heating and Air for being the best. Jim
