Richard took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know, then had everything back up and running quickly.

Sharon's came and cleaned and checked my furnace for winter use they also replace my filters. Both techs were very pleasant and very professional. Will definitely call on them again.

If I could give Sharon's a zero I would! I will be sharing with my neighbors and friends not to call this company EVER. Abysmal communication and follow-up for A/C repair. We had Sharon's out to diagnose and fix our A/C unit. The tech (who was nice and professional... I guess that earns Sharon's One Star), discovered our A/C needed a repair that they would come back "ASAP" later in the week. Charged me a little over $200 for service call and labor (that is okay, since it was a weekend, and knowing they would come back out ASAP... no big deal). A few days pass, and I've heard nothing from Sharon's regarding follow-up. I give them a call wondering when they'd be back out. I talked to the receptionist, who told me they'd have to "look into the case and give me a call back". No call back. I call Sharon's first thing the next day, and they had to "look into the case" and call back. Really? Luckily this time a gentleman named Jim called me directly an hour later, telling me that he'd be out the next day to fix our a/c, hopefully in the morning. Great! Wonderful! The next day comes... the morning goes by... I get a call from Sharon's telling me they were "unable to fit me into the schedule that day, and someone would be out tomorrow". Okay, fine what is one more day? Morning comes and goes, afternoon blows by... no call, no communication, nothing. Completely ghosted us. Wasted our time, waiting around for nothing. I left a voicemail, still haven't heard anything back. Absolutely abysmal business practice. Luckily I called Proficient Heating and Cooling, who came out and fixed the issue within a day (which actually wasn't what Sharon's diagnosed!!!). The only thing I got out of Sharon's was a $200 charge to my credit card. Bring your business elsewhere! Actually, bring it to Proficient Heating and Cooling - they'll actually take care of you.

This is an excellent place today get your heating a cooling needs. You cannot go wrong if you reach out to Sharon Heating and Cooling the entire staff is very positive and very knowledgeable or the needs of the consumer. The entire staff is very professional. In January a relative's water heater broke and these guys were "Johnny on the spot". The guy is Rob and Eric were very professional and very diligent in their work. They were able to replace the water heater during one of the coldest days in January. All of the other Heating and Cooling companies wanted to wait two days at best. I do not believe anyone can not have hot water in the middle of winter, let alone anytime for bathing and other Essentials. Rob and Eric knew exactly what needed to be done cleaned up after themselves and they took off. Very professional people which is why I love this company. Keep up the good work two thumbs up.

Sharon Heating and Cooling did it again bless their souls. Had a problem with my heating system and initially they said that they will be at my residence this afternoon. However for some strange miraculous reason they came out within an hour and Al is so awesome we're able to identify the issue and solve it rather quickly. This is why I depend on these guys and why I always give them two thumbs up. Too bad Google doesn't have the ability to separate reviews. But I just had to mention.

Sharon's replaced my furnace this past winter and they just replaced my hot water tank today. They are reasonably priced, fast and efficient. When they were through with the installation they cleaned up all debris. I would definitely recommend Sharon's.

Our dryer was not getting clothes clean and began to smell like mildew. Sharon’s was prompt in getting a service technician to our home to clean out our dryer vent. Justin was very knowledgeable and took extra care to remove the vent from our home to clean it outside, as to not release lint and dust into the air our new baby is breathing. He was very professional and kind. I look forward to having Sharon’s back to our home soon.
