Sharon’s hearing & cooling was a pleasure to work with from making an appointment to the techs that came out. Friendly, courteous, & helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

During what must be their busiest season, Sharon’s fit me in their schedule for an emergency inspection. Zach was my technician, and he was professional, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

We got 5 estimates and whereas Sharon's was not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) it was definitely the best choice we could have made. Diane in sales was direct, forthcoming, patient and friendly and she made herself available. All of our calls were either answered or returned in 15 minutes or less (no phone tree to maneuver and frustrate). TJ and Aaron were the installers and they were professional, friendly, hard working and pleasant to be around. They made sure all of our questions were answered and even answered some we hadn't thought of. We will recommend Sharon's to everyone.

Had Sharon’s come out because AC was not cooling the house at all. The first time they turned on the outside switch/breaker but it did not fix the problem. Had them come out again and tech said there were a ton of leaks and things that needed to be replaced and we might consider a new unit… we got a second opinion from a different company and they charged up the unit and it’s good to go. Frustrating that we had to pay Sharon’s twice just to come out plus the labor cost and they didn’t even fix the problem. Wouldn’t call them again and it would be nice to get my $75 fee for just showing up back from the second visit since it was their fault they didn’t do anything the first visit. A 3 star is generous in my opinion

We have had nothing but great experience with Sharon’s! We have had them out multiple times for maintenance and repair and were satisfied every time. All the technicians have been wonderful - professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things and I feel that they are honest and reliable.

Justin was very professional and honest. Communication with the company was excellent from first contact until the job was completed. I'll definitely refer Sharon's to friends and Co workers.

Called Sharon's this morning because my furnace was blowing out cold air. Within a few hours of calling a technician was here. The technicians name was Jeff, he was very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to fix our furnace for a FRACTION of what I thought I would've been paying. Can't say enough good things about him & sharons.

Last summer we also got a new AC unit installed by them. I can't remember the techs name at the time but it was also very fast and efficient. Will be using Sharon's for all of my home repairs.

We had the BEST experience with Sharon’s heating and cooling today! They helped my husband troubleshoot some problems with his moms AC unit over the phone, then again in the store, and eventually they just came right out to her house to fix it! The first place she called couldn’t get to her for at least a week! The problem was a quick fix, a literal push of a button (that we didn’t even know existed), but the point being, they made her a priority and came right out and fixed it, and it was FREE OF CHARGE! I honestly didn’t realize people Iike this still existed and I am so thankful for them today!
