Sharon's Heating and Air Conditioning took my call and answered all of my questions in great detail and thoroughly explained my options regarding getting my furnace checked out. Instead of getting a regular checkup I opted for the furnace tuneup so that in addition to everything getting looked at, simple remedies would be provided (cleaning and adjusting parts/mechanisms, inspect heat exchanger, replacing filter, etc). The best part about it was that DTE was offering rebates for furnace tuneups that Sharon's was willing to submit the paperwork for and wait on their payment. All I had to do was pay them $59.95 for a job that usually runs $120 or more.
Upon agreeing to the service, Zach was at my house the same day and was very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips on how to maintain adequate air flow and humidity control.
Prompt service, transparent, and very reasonable rates.

Brian came out and had our furnace sorted out in a very short period of time, not even 30 minutes. He was wonderful. Thank you so much!!

Zach was fantastic, thorough and did a job that fixed the issue. There was a missing part but he was able to get the part and help out same day he came. Life saver!

Had someone the day I called , installed hot water tank very next morning . Steve and Malcom were very polite and did a good job. Cleaned up area before they left and answered any questions that we had .
