Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning

Called for an estimate to replace my A/C. They worked around my schedule to send someone to survey the install. Their price was reasonable and beat 2 other estimates. The equipment to do the job was in-stock. The job was scheduled for the next business day. The technicians arrived on time, very polite and worked in a professional manner. The job was completed quickly and the technicians walked me through the installation. They pointed out what was changed and explained the operation and maintenance checks that that I need to be aware of. I had an exceptional experience working with Sharon's heating and cooling and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I had leaking from my humidifier, Nick Trackwell fixed the problem, even had to go and purchase extra materials to be able to stop the leak. He was great and a delightful young man to boot!

I highly recommend Sharon's. We've had Al out twice now. Once for furnace maintenance and once for AC maintenance. Al is up front, honest, and truly loves his trade. He's always incredibly respectful, patient, and answers all of my questions with easy to understand layman's answers. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. Overall it's so easy to chose a company who obviously treats their employee's well and cares about their customers.

I had initially used Sharon's heating and cooling for AC thermostat repair. The gentleman was very professional and figured out the problem quickly and charged very reasonably/economically. He took the time to explain what went wrong. At another house, my parents had an issue with their water heater not working, I immediately called Sharon's service and again another technician figured out the problem quickly and gave excellent recommendations for a very reasonable price. I will highly recommend Sharon's heating and cooling for an honest, professional service of HVAC, water heater and plumbing services. These guys are great.

I was told by another heating and cooling company on Nov 28th, that installing my furnace wouldn't be possible until Dec 21st. Instead I called around and found this place. It is now Nov 29th and my furnace is installed and by two amazing employees Jon and Spencer who worked a long hard day at my house. I was impressed by their knowledge and ability to come up with a solution for installation in my crazily built house. If I ever have any furnace issues again, I will be asking for these guys by name. I am so happy with how it all turned out especially for the price it was at the end. With all the extra strings they had to pull to get the job done, I expected a heftier cost, but instead it was cheaper than most quotes I was getting from any other company! I will definitely be sticking with this company for any HVAC needs.

We had an issue with our a/c over the 4th of July weekend and Sharon’s answered promptly and a tech was available within a couple of hours. The tech (I believe his name was Al) was super professional/friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. We were/are super grateful Sharon’s (and Al) were available on a hot holiday weekend. We would definitely recommend Sharon’s.

Zach came out when our heat wasn't working, arrived early, finished quickly, and educated us on the steps to take in the future to maintain our equipment. I would 100% recommend.
