Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning

My filter got wrapped around the motor for my ac. We have a person in the house on oxygen 24/7. Bryan was here in less than an hour and fixed it. Works perfectly now. Thank you Bryan and Sharon for making this happen after hours. Greatly appreciated. See you soon.

Justin came out advised me of the problem with in 5 minutes I had an estimate of the repair and also a new unit and install both prices were great but I went with the repair. With in an hour Justin was back with the part shortly after it was installed. Justin was very professional, courteous, friendly and explained all that he did and answered all questions I had. Was definitely a pleasure dealing with him.

I have used Sharon’s Heating and Cooling many times over the years on all of my rental houses and my own personal residence. I trusted them so much that I never even quote other companies.

I had a to replace a water heater at two places in the past 30 days. The last one the service technician emptied the tank down the drain prior to removing the tank.

We are now experiencing our floor drains backing up when we run the washing machine. When I called to have Sharon’s come out and fix the drain flooding issue I was not confrontational or accusatory. However their operations manager immediately spoke down to me and said it is not their problem.

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on A/C unit’s, furnaces and hot water tanks over the years. All they were willing to do was give me the name of a plumber. He said he spoke to the owner and they were in lock step. If the owner is in lock step I see no reason to continue to work with them going forward.

I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service after all these years.

This is an informed opinion. I ad my company have dealt with Sharon’s on commercial project including our main office. So, I know their quality and dedication. Lotta times that don’t mean anything when it comes to residential work. Turns out they are very very good on the residential side of their business.

I had Sharon’s do work on both my Aunt’s house and my mom’s. Just setting myself up for a family beat down if Sharon’s had done something wrong, delayed the projects or overcharged my people. They came when the said they were. Did a thorough survey of both homes. Gave them both reasonable of fair estimates for the work to be done. In my mother’s case, half what she thought it was gonna be. So yeah, I tell everybody I now to call Sharon’s if they have an HVAC problem. Thanks Sharon’s you made me look good…twice.
