Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning

I can't say enough good things about Sharon's. They were very professional, reasonably priced with no pressure to sell. They gave it to me straight. The installers were very nice. It's refreshing to have great service like Sharon's provided. I will definitely be calling them next spring to get my AC installed. Thanks again.

Heat went out. Sharon's was my 2nd call. First company I called has red trucks and yellow lettering. Person that answered phone wasn't blatantly rude but walked right up to the edge of it. Told him my heat went out last night he says I can schedule you an appointment for Wednesday. I say today is Wednesday he says yeah next Wednesday. I said you have no provisions for emergency work? No. What can I say our phone is ringing off the hook. I presume that to mean he has had to do a little work lately. They didn't make me feel like....family... so I will never call them again. Now Sharon's on the other hand was fantastic from the ladies I talked to on the phone, several times, to the tech, Jeff that came to my house. They gave me an appointment window for noon to 4 and when Jeff texted he was on his way and I was hung up by work then an accident on 275, one call to a pleasant lady and she arranged to push a service call ahead of me and put my appointment behind it, even though Jeff was already sitting in my driveway. And Jeff never tried sell me more than i needed. My experience with the Sharon's team was nothing but good and I was then able to enjoy some time with my kids and grandkids visiting from out of State. Thanks Sharon's !!

Technician called ahead of time letting me know he was on his way. Young man was very professional, polite & knowledgeable about Furnace problem. After completing repairs he explained what the problem was & what repairs he did. I have used Sharon's Heating & Air-conditioning Service before & had good results.

My AC unit stopped working. Justin showed up and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, 5 minutes after that, I had cold air again.

Your guys were on time curtious professional and well groomed clean kind willing to answer and address any questions that I may have had but the one thing I really liked was that they cared about the customer’s job being done right

Zach Davis was dedicated to the complex task of heating and A/C systems maintenance. Zach performed an intricate set of tests and measurements on the furnace and A/C. And the area near the heating system and the A/C unit were CLEAN.
