Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. I received two notifications, one to confirm my appointment and one from Justin confirming he was on the way. Justin was professional, keeping me informed every step of the way, professional and a real joy to work with. I highly recommend Sharon’s Hearing & Cooling.

Called around for prices to replace my AC system. Had a leak and was using out of date refrigerant. Sharon's pricing versus the brands they offered was very good. All of the techs and staff were very nice. Installation had some small issues, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. All in all I am happy with the service and products I got. :)

New hot water tank was installed as well. Aaron was professional and did a GREAT job! He has great customer service skills too. TJ was also excellent! I will highly recommend your company!

The only thing I would have an issue with is the $100 cancellation charge if they don't tell you about. $89 and some change. With them not giving me a time of when the person would be here. I am thankful the guy was as persistent about the appointment as I was getting it. Friendly people reasonably priced on time. Excellent service.

I got a referral from a friend and they are very responsive and delivered. I was also happy that they were a local, female owned business and happy to support them.

Justin,Kevin and Charles came in on time. The company sent me pictures of the workers that was being sent to my home for safety. They all explained everything that was going on. They were very professional. They went above and beyond to get the job done. The

Paid $80 service call fee + labor for two different days only to still not have hot water after 8 days. First tech misdiagnosed. Second tech tried to to fix the issue.. but no go. Third tech had no clue as well. I spent way more than needed, only to still not have water. I had suggested a new tank but that was overlooked. I end up calling a someone else to replace my tank.. it took them 2 hours. I am frustrated and sad. Money down the drain. Then when they couldn’t fix it, they tried to sell me a tank for $1300 lesson learned.

We’ve used Sharon’s on multiple buildings over the years. We have never had a bad experience. Always great service! Bryan was was quick and efficient this morning.
