Monday our carbon monoxide detector was going off , Consumers energy tagged it and said not to use it. Called Sharon's and they were out in 2hrs They said they could install it on Friday. Wednesday morning they called saying they have a cancellation and came in about an hour . Got it installed in about 4hrs. Thanks for the excellent response and quality of work.

About a month ago, our AC was struggling to keep our house cool during a heat wave. After calling around to a couple of different places and being told that it would be two weeks or more before someone could come out, I called Sharon's. The lady I talked to over the phone was extremely nice and professional. She gave me the option of having someone come out during the weekend or next week and was up front about the hourly rates for both options. I elected to have someone come out next week to take a look at the issue.

The technician that showed up was very friendly and professional. He was able to quickly identify a small leak in the AC refrigerant which was causing the unit to not be able to cool properly. Within an hour, he had the leak fixed and new refrigerant added. Ever since then, the AC has been performing great and has had no troubles keeping the house cool, even with a second heat wave that happened shortly after service.

I would highly recommend giving this business a call if you need any service. I have nothing but good things to say and I will be using them for any future problems.

We have now used Sharon for both our heating and our cooling needs. Both times the team has been courteous and professional and prompt. Most recently, our technician was so patient to wait in his van during a rain storm to check out our AC unit and didn’t reschedule. We can’t thank him enough since it’s been hot as heck inside our house the past week. We’ve been able to be serviced almost immediately after our phone calls to Sharon each time. I don’t anticipate a need to go elsewhere for any of our heating and cooling needs in the future. Plus, they’re really nice to our dogs.

Nick came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install it. We we're only charged for time on-site. Very reasonable charge, at that. Customer service was great!

They installed a new furnace and AC for us. It has been two years and we found water around the furnace. I called right away and spoke with Tonya who was awesome and got us squeezed in on the same day (Thank you Tonya!) Al and Brian came out and discovered a blockage and repaired the issue. Al took the time to go over some things I could do to keep things running well. I really appreciated the time he took going over things, very professional!! Thank you Al!
