All I can say is that Jeff R. was the BEST service professional that I have dealt with in a long time! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He did the job efficiently, took time to answer my questions AND provided helpful feedback. It was refreshing to see such a dynamic work ethic in action!!! I am happy that I decided to do business with Sharon's Heating and Cooling!! Keep up the awesome work Jeff!!

We love Sharon's! Our furnace seems to go out alot and they come through every time! Usually same day with the most polite and professional techs, not to mention the great prices! Will never go anywhere else! So done with Family Heating and Cooling!

Steve and Malcolm did a great job. They showed up early and were working within a few minutes. They laid tarps to walk on to avoid getting anything on the Carpet and did a very nice job inside and outside the house.

My furnace went out March 3 in the evening. I called Sharon’s they put me on the schedule for first thing the next day - Saturday morning. Technician came out promptly. Got my furnace working in no time. Always can depend on Sharon’s Heating And air conditioning.

Same thing a year and a half ago where my air conditioner died and I had to get a replacement in the middle of a hot summer. Sharon’s was on it!

Had my new Bryant furnace installed at noon. Al, Steve and Ryan are professional technicians. From promise time to furnace installation, everything is flawless and i am very please with their work. Thank you and keep up the good work

Very professional. Only had a AC tune up but it was easy to setup an appointment and they did a great job. Will go back with any heating and cooling needs.

Justin was prompt, professional, and efficient. Sharon's was called at 730 am. By 930 am a service member was here. By 11 am fixed. You just do not see that kind of great service anymore...but you do with Sharon's! I highly recommend!
