Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air-Conditioning

We had a company through Home Advisor come out. The technician that came out knew nothing about our tankless water heater. We then contacted Superior Plumbing, Kevin came out to our house, he knew everything about the water heater. He contacted the manufacture, they overnighted a part directly to our home. When it arrived we called Kevin, he returned and fixed our tankless water heater. Now they have a customer for life.

I've used Kevin and company at Superior 4 times over the course of 7 years for my rental unit. Everything from a leaky toilet valve to a completely new HVAC system this past winter, repairs never took more than a day to arrive and a day to repair. I've never been upsold, and even Kevin even managed to keep the HVAC system on life support the first time it had issues (per my request) because a $3500 fix wasn't in the cards at the time. I've referred them to friends who had the same experience, and I'll be contacting them again as part of the rental remodel.

Why on earth anyone would give this group a bad review is beyond me!

Hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening. Called a few places for pricing and schedules. Superior had good prices and were able to come out Monday afternoon to install a new hot water heater. Unfortunately upon unboxing the new hot water heater it was found to be dented. As the old unit was already removed they installed the new one, so we would have hot water, until they could get another new one on Wednesday. They were out early Wednesday afternoon and installed the new unit. I must say their service was exceptional. I would gladly use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about this company, 90 degree day at the end of September, who wants to deal with their 3 yr old AC dying with a 1 yr old. I called and spoke with Kathy who was so helpful and understanding. Kevin showed up 20 minutes later and got right to work, he was extremely respectful of my home and family. Explained everything completely and gave me all of the options for our situation. We have used Superior for work on our Condo and now on our home and I will not go to anyone else. Even got a call checking in on me and my daughter the next morning. Thank you!! you guys are by far Superior.

On one of the hottest days of the summer, my AC unit broke. They told me they couldn't get to me until the next day unless a cancellation happened. Well someone cancelled and they came to fix my unit the same day. Price was reasonable, and the pro tips I got afterwards for increasing airflow through the house was invaluable. Awesome service, will definitely use in the future.

I received incredibly fast service, and Kevin got to the bottom of the problem immediately. My disposal system is now working perfectly. I would advise anyone who is looking for a solid and honest plumber to give superior plumbing a call and insist on having Kevin come out. I'm glad I did.

I asked for a quote to install a drop-in kitchen sink. Not a new install, but to replace my existing sink, faucet and disposer. I bought the new sink already, along with the faucet and disposer. Just needed a reputable plumber to remove the old ones, and install my new ones. They tried to tell me it would cost over $1,200 (Yes, over $1,200.That wasn't a typo). Laughable. Not only did I not hire them, I'll never call them for anything in the future.

Toilet seal was replaced once I convinced the plumber that was why my floor was buckling cost was $248 I found someone to come out and replace the flooring, only to find out the seal was never properly seated and the toilet tightened thus I paid the money out in vain and suffered more water damage as a result. There was no compression of the wax ring to allow it to seal!! Will not use again. Do not waste your money as I did

I recently had a hot water heater installed by another local company and had issues with it staying lit one week later. I called them up and they said it would be at least a day before we can get out there and that was it. I called superior and asked if they could help and Cathy helped me from the start. First stating they can get someone out this afternoon, next she asked for a couple of pic as some issues can be solved over the phone. What a company foundation they have, she truly was going out of her way to help even though they did not install it to begin with. I will use them for now on for everything. Thanks for your help..

Oh the joy of A/C on a hot, humid day! Thanks to Kevin and the team and Superior for getting me back up and running. This is an honest, hardworking company who will do all they can to accommodate customers and never try to sell you something you don't need or do unnecessary repairs. In fact, they even gave me a break on the cost because I was unemployed. You can't get a better plumbing, heating and cooling company to work with!
