    We have worked with this company twice and they have been outstanding. We have had our hot water heater repaired and then replaced and the guys were so thorough and did extra repairs without charge. He even looked at our humidifier and took it apart and showed my husband and I how to clean it correctly, which he did not have to do. He then stayed for a while and showed us all the best ways to maintain the equipment. The owner comes out and does the jobs and you can tell he cares. We plan on calling them for any issues we have in the future.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR PLUMBING My cartridge inside the tub valve broke on a Saturday. Called Superior and Kevin picked up. Don’t know the guy and never talked to him before in my life. He walked me through fixing this problem and in perfect detail. Kevin saved me time and money and he didn’t have to do anything for me. Wow! I am blown away. Some of the best customer service and I didn’t even hire them. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

    Kevin (owner of Superior Plumbing and Heating) will do the work right and treat your property as if it were his own. He will also talk you through different options, and he will recommend the option that makes the most sense, not necessarily the option that will make him the most money. I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at my house, and other plumbing jobs done by Superior at my rental property, and I have been extremely pleased. There is no need to look elsewhere, this is the business and owner you have been looking for. My A/C and furnace installation actually exceeded my expectations, Kevin took extra time to route the copper cooling line where it made SENSE and again, not where it was easiest/quickest. I can't imagine a review under 5 stars unless it is a competitor, and there are are many around here. FEEL FREE to ping me directly on G+ and ask me about my experience.

    My husband and I recently updated our ktchen which included the need for installing a sink faucet, RO faucet and new drain configuration to accommodate an undermounted sink. We chose a company to do our plumbing work in mid January that was highly recommended to us. All work was completed and we were pleased with finished job. However, we just noticed that the RO system was hooked up to the hot water line by mistake! We discovered this the other night when very hot water was coming out of the RO faucet! The drain underneath the sink, RO tank and hot water line were also extremely hot to the touch! We tried to reach the company that did the work but they’d already closed for the night, with no after hours calling number available. All we could do was leave a message for them to please call back in the morning to address this issue. I personally was so nervous about everything being so hot and was afraid of a possible fire or blown hoses happening overnight! I decided to call Superior and spoke directly with Kevin. He asked me to take some photos from under the sink and send them to his phone, so he could see what he could do to help us. From there, Kevin actually took the time to instructed me step by step on how to turn everything off for the night until I could speak with the company that did the work originally. Kevin didn’t want us to have to pay for more work to be done, when the company should come back and do the repairs needed with no extra charge. I have to say, Kevin completely reassured me that all was now safe with the hot water issue and even discussed what I need to know about the RO filters that would need to be replaced, because of this event that happened. He spent so much time helping me over the phone and never charged us any service fee at all for his time, even after I again offered and wanted to pay him! The next morning the repairs were made by the company that had done the work and the RO filters are being replaced. I’m so glad I called Kevin at Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air-Conditioning.... because If I can feel this comfortable and confident with help over the phone from Kevin, then I know We’ll be very happy and satisfied with the quality of work he and his company can do for us in the future! Thank you so much, Kevin! Your kindness and time you spent to help us is so greatly appreciated! I highly recommend your company and give you a rating of 10 Stars! You’re the best!

    We are having a fireplace installed and we needed a gas line run to it! Kathy (sp?) was wonderful help on the initial call and had Kevin out in a few days to check out what needed to be done!

    Today, which was about a week later, both Kevin and Diego(sp?) had it installed without a hitch! They were extremely pleasant and professional. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable with any and all questions I had. Not a single mess was left behind and the line that ran both inside and outside looked amazing!

    I had called two other companies who wouldn't touch my project because I needed more than 10' of line to be outside (as I'm on a slab). Superior had NO problem with it and I signed right away.

    Kathy called me up just a bit after they left to make sure everything went well, and it did! Thank you for the line install, even though it was very cold outside!

    I needed a different non-urgent job done, and Kevin was able to come out within a few days during this busy season! I am always grateful! Couldn't have finished my project without this company! Thank you again!

    Thank you for "superior" service. I called on a holiday because our air conditioner stopped working. After describing the problem Kevin offered to walk me through some tasks that might fix the issues (a house call was not necessary and would be costly). He spent 20-30 minutes patiently explaining what to do. And it worked! No charge!

    On a hot 90+ degree day and after 7:00 PM, Kevin walked me through a simple fix for my AC over the phone. He was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. When was the last time you had a repair company help without wanting to come out and collect a large service fee just for showing up? I will be using and recommending Superior to all my friends and neighbors.

    I spoke to Kevin on the phone today and he walked me thru the issue with our thermostat/furnace rather than wanting to come out to our home and charging us the home visit fee. He felt that between the two of us we could resolve the issue over the phone, which we did. Kevin was VERY helpful.
    Would recommend this company to anyone.

    Superior Plumbing and Heating was top notch today! I called thinking my garbage disposal took a crapper. I spoke with Kevin and he simply walked me through the process to fix it over the phone (including safety precautions) . I was able to fix it on my own. No service fee or any fee at all. So thankful, because most companies would have charged me a service fee or house visit fee and probably convinced me to get a new one when that was not necessary. Thank you Kevin!

    I highly recommend Superior. Kevin was excellent. His knowledge of HVAC systems was very good . He advised and gave us all our options and the energy efficiency and payback on newer systems. Furthermore he is following up on other issues that we discussed as a result of his consultation. recommend Superior highly
