we have a small kitchenette in our lobby and the sink was backed up and needed to be snaked, I called Superior, they were there in 30 minutes and serviced us fast and friendly. A extra thank you to Tony Lopez, our service tech, Would refer Superior to anyone having a plumbing or heating issue.

My furnace went out during winter's coldest day - Superior gave me a suggestion for a quick fix before coming out -- and IT WORKED! My heat is back on and warming the house without a service visit. The ultimate customer experience. Thank you Superior.

Just had a very good experience with the help Kevin over the phone at Superior Pluming & Heating. He was able to give me the phone instructions to make the repairs on my ArcoAire furnace. Ya-Hooo up and running on a Saturday afternoon.

Kevin is fantastic. I needed a sink faucet replaced because of a leak. Kevin would not fix it, thats right I said would not fix it. However this is not because he doesnt know what he is doing , but because it wasnt safe to, and I respect that. We have some mold growing and Kevin suggested a product at the hardware store for cleaning it up. He also didnt want to sell me a faucet that wasnt purchased from a manufacturer he trusted, but he didnt reccomend the most expensive one, he suggested a good quality one. Rest assured you can trust Kevin if he agrees to do a job to do it right and if not I can tell from experience he took the time to talk on the phone to help me even when he wasnt going to do the work.

I was excited to see a local plumbing company that was rated so well, but my experience was very disappointing. I called and spoke with someone about my plumbing issue and was told I'd receive a call back within a few days with scheduling details. The call never came. I called back twice in the following two weeks and left voicemails, but never heard back.

Amazing company! If there's an emergency, I can always count on them. The owner, Kevin, and his team know what they're doing, they're honest, and their work is outstanding.

We've had this company out to fix our air conditioner twice this summer (separate issues), and this company is amazing. Very knowledgeable, VERY reasonable prices. Will gladly contact them again in the future. Highly recommend.

We Kevin and his crew inatall a new furnace and air conditioner about 4 years ago. They provided top knotch service at every turn. We will use them again!

Called on 7/3 to have my AC looked at and was told that 7/9 would be when they could make it out. No problem with the delay due to a busy and hot holiday weekend, but a week and half later I still haven't heard back about scheduling a diagnosis. Decided to get other companies out to look at it.
