    Derk S called to let me know he was on his way, got here by 8am (I had an “anytime between 8-12” appt) and went right to the roof to inspect my HVAC and change the filter. He finished in little over and hour, and I met him when he came down to take payment. He was very friendly, efficient and professional.

    I've used Aladdin three seasons now: Furnace, A/C, Furnace.
    I liked it when the same guy came out the first two times. You know, kind of like he knew what he did last time and what he was looking for, etc. Still, this technician, Derk, was just as professional and thorough.
    Bottom line: I hope Derk comes out for A/C inspection in spring (or summer) and again next fall/winter and so on.

    Coldest night of the month, the furnace died around 10pm. The tech didn't leave until 4am. Somehow the electronics fried. Luckily he had the parts we needed and got it back up and running. We couldn't not have heat in the house. My wife and I take care of 85 year old Mom who's bedridden.

    I have worked with Aladdin for many years so when my water heater was no longer staying lit- I made the call. They came out that day and it turns out I needed to get a new water heater unit! Within a few hours I had a new water heater installed and I could not be happier!! Thank you Aladdin!

    Aladdin has taken care of my heating and cooling needs for 35 years through two houses. A service call on Monday uncovered the need to replace my A/C and furnace. The sales rep priced the job on Tuesday and new high efficiency units were installed on Wednesday. As always, my needs became their priority. The installers were professional, friendly and obvious experts in their trade making the installation seamless.

    The Aladdin serviceman came in to do my furnace. Noting the age of the furnace, and also the age of the air-conditioning unit, he suggested I talk to the Aladdin salesperson to discuss what options were available to me.

    The Aladdin salesperson arrived on time and discussed my options. He suggested we also considered a new hot water heater (my current heater was almost 20 years old). He gave me my various alternative. I then selected the installation i would purchase. He left with my complete understanding of what I was purchasing and cost.

    The Aladdin crew arrived on time Monday morning and worked consistently from 8 AM until 2:30 when their work was completed. When they left I had heat and hot water. (I was not running the air conditioning -- it is October!!)

    Very positive experience. Extremely reliable and polite along with being very knowledgably along with options where they could allow you to save money. My tech was a gentlemen named Sam and he was outstanding and so patient with answering questions. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Sam. I will be using them in spring to put a new Air Conditioning unit in because of their amazing customer service and work. I will ask for Sam for sure.

    This is our first experience with Aladdin Heating & Cooling. They were recommended by a family member for the old boiler furnace. We are very pleased and can rest comfortably after their inspection. Aladdin H&C staff is very helpful, friendly, and their services are reasonably priced.     This was my first time contacting Aladdin for service. My A/C wasn't cooling the house as it once did. I called Aladdin and the tech did a thorough check of my A/C unit. It was determined that it was low on refrigerant. The good news at a couple pounds of refrigerant brought my A/C back to life. The bad news is I have a slow leak somewhere in the system which means a new A/C unit is in my future. I am very pleased with the service I received. The tech was very professional and friendly and knew what he was doing. Thanks!
