I had water leak on hot water tank. I called Aladdin Heating & Cooling. The tech name Pat came to see the problem and he right away suggested to replace the tank. The complete uninstallation of old tank and installation of new tank was done within 2.5 hours. I am very happy and satisfied with quality of work and professionalism of the technician. I would definitely recommend to others.

Six years ago, Aladdin installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my son’s house and this April my house. For both of us, the cost of the recommended Carrier products was excellent and the installation was AWSOME!

Dave spent time with me explaining the sizing of each of my two new furnaces and two new air conditioning units. I felt very comfortable with what I was buying. Other vendors said this is what you need and waited for a call back. Their price was very competitive. The day of the install went very smooth. Four trucks and six guys showed up. They replaced everything by the end of the day. Workmanship was fantastic. Cleanup was great. Instructions and more education around the system was great. They even organized an electrician to come an update all of my electrical to support the new systems and get up to code. Feel very comfortable with my decision and their work. A great organization to work with.

My heating system stopped working and I paid for premium visit last Jan 2nd. Technician gave me a wrong system diagnosis informing a board replacement need. I had a second company coming next day cleaning furnace air intake and fixing the problem. I called Aladdin Heating & Cooling back to have my money back and no feedback.
