My technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with checking everything on my furnace out. He informed me if there was issues. I was very pleased with Aladdin.

Ryan F. came out to do a "wellness" check on my furnace and he was great. Informative on everything and let me know what was going on and what my options were. He was honest and professional and I would recommend him and his work to anyone! Thank you Ryan!

Aladdin Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Jeff was knowledgable about what was needed and gave us a fair price quote for the job. The installation crew of Thomas, Jason, and Morgan did an excellent job. They were prompt, skilled, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We were pleasantly surprised that Aladdin filed the necessary paperwork for rebates and registration of the warranty. This was an added bonus. We are very happy with our decision to go with Aladdin Heating and Cooling.

Ryan did a great job, checking my furnace, applying a new filter that I had, replacing the filter on the humidifier and explaining how to control the humidifier. Great job. He was very pleasant. Will call again.

I had my preventive maintenance on my air conditioner done today. The technician checked and explained what he was doing. I had Aladdin service my heating and cooling system for the last 12 years. They have always done a great job and responded to all my concerns promptly.
I plan on using them and have recommended them to my friends.

Ryan was an outstanding technician. He showed me and explained to me how to properly install the humidifier filter and explained to me other items that I never knew before. GREAT technician and super nice guy. Hope to have him back.

Very professional, best price out of three different companies, got my new furnace and a/c install in one day. They were also willing to drop $250 off price to get it done sooner. Jeff was my sales rep and he was very knowledgable as well as capable of making things simple to understand. Their employees do very nice work too.

For more than 20 years and three homes, Aladdin is our trusted partner for all things heating and cooling. The sales, service, installation and customer support staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have confidence in their products, their work, and their guidance. Through the years at different homes, we've relied on Aladdin and always been extremely satisfied. We recently replaced the AC, furnace and HW in the home where we moved. Dan was incredibly helpful in providing informative options to support our decision-making, and the installation team (Zack and Morgan) did an exceptional job. I wish I had an Aladdin for everything!!

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. They installed a new furnace in my wife grandmother's house this past fall, we immediately had issues after install.
1. They left moldy drain tube in the ceiling of our basement claimed they'd be back to remove it
2. They poorly sealed a hole they left in the side of the house, claimed they'd fix that as well
3. Rigged the wiring on the circuit board so bad its not even funny and still have not fixed it
4. They were supposed to get inspections on their poor work and still haven't gotten one of them over a year later.
5. Every time we have contacted them to rectify this situation they assured us they were going to take care of everything and make it right, then tell us they'll call us back within a day to take care of everything, just to never call.

This is only a few of the problems we have had with this company. I strongly advise you to pick another company. These people are a joke. I do maintenance as a profession and know enough to confidently say they didn't care about doing the job right. Their installation techs just wanted to take every short cut they could to get out of here.

UPDATE!!! Now this company I have contacted several times since my install to try to rectify this problem is trying to accuse me of being a lier. 1 I do not have a finished ceiling in my basement. 2 when they came to quote the job removing the drain tube was one of the many things they promised would be done that did not get done. 3 They insist the work passed inspections which they said there was going to be a couple but yet only one of the inspectors ever showed up. We contacted them letting them know we didnt get all the inspections and we were just blown off and the receptionist blamed the city 4 not only have they blown us off every time we contact them, they have tried to charge us to come fix their poor workman ship. This company takes advantage of people not knowing better.
