He was very efficient and knowledgeable explained everything to me about the new furnace and Ac. They were very professional during the installation and they cleaned everything behind. We have a boiler for heat in our house (a quad), and because there are multiple zones it’s a complex system. Even finding someone who is able to service boilers was difficult, but Aladdin was able to get things up & running again.
Josh was our service tech and he was amazing. Super friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The problem ended up being much more complicated than anticipated (multiple parts had broken), but Josh made sure that he & the Aladdin team worked with us, and even their customer service rep DJ was willing to listen to our concerns as the customer about more cost-efficient options, and not put all the problem-solving on us.
When one of the new parts failed because of the complexity of the issue, I spoke with Dave the manager, and they backed up the warranty and didn’t charge us extra labor because he was willing to listen to the circumstances of the issue, and not try to bleed us for every dollar.
I feel like Aladdin did good work and put the customer first, and when there were challenges they proved trustworthy and cared about their reputation & integrity as much as they did about profit, and because of that I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend them.
The service technician was easy to communicate with and kept me informed of everything he did for our Fall heating system maintenance. I have used Aladdin for years and highly recommend them.
We had Aladdin come out to repair a bad circuit board on our Carrier furnace. The first guy that came out was great. He diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, ordered the part (under warranty) and even put up our new thermostat. We paid the $105 service call, plus a half-hour of labor for the thermostat. 5 stars for him. The second guy was less great, and we had a dispute over the cost. I called the office and spoke to Mike, who just made it (much) worse. But... today, I received a call from Dave. He was very reasonable, better explained things, and listened to what we had to say. We ended up paying the bill in full because it was the right thing to do. Aladdin has always been fair and provided great service in the past. This was the first misunderstanding and Dave handled it very professionally.

Through process of elimination they said it was a gas valve. They changed the gas valve. Then I smelled gas in the basement. They came back to fix the gas leak. 5 months later our heat doesn't work again. It's Mother's Day 22. Our furnace is only 11 years old. They said it would be a $200 service fee on top of the work they may have to do and also said they didn't have a receipt for the first repairm Second repair $500.00. Now a $200.00 service call. I understand it's the holiday...After expressing my concerns, the owner called me back and said maybe he could "talk me through it". Kind of tired of calling them out and paying fees for things that are " possibly the problem" then feeling like it's our fault. We gave them enough money for a repair they had to repair. Nobody wants to keep calling out repair guys for $100.00 - $200.00 house calls for a relatively newer furnace. Good luck! Skip the coupon in the mail ...

We found them when we needed service back in 2013 and then ended up purchasing a new high efficiency furnace and a/c unit from them in 2015! Their work is always outstanding and the techs are very helpful and knowledgeable! We couldn’t be happier clients!

On the evening of Saturday, January 22, Aladdin tech Dennis responded to a call from us because our heat would not come on. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Throughout he kept us informed of what he was doing and clearly explained the problem. He was very courteous, professional, and attentive to the current health concerns. Just another example of why we have used Aladdin and continue to refer them to others.

Great support from Aladdin! I have an old boiler system that started to soot up and had flames rolling out of it. I had to call Aladdin after-hours, where they came by the same day and cleaned my system on a cold day. I wouldn't have had heat for the rest of the weekend if it wasn't for them. They recommended that I did a full boiler cleaning during business hours after verifying that my boiler was temporarily fixed to save me some money. I appreciate this team!!
