Aladdin Heating & Cooling

I have had 2 furnaces and air conditioners installed by them.
Could not have asked for better service! Their installers are not only friendly ad respectful they are masters in their job!
I am very well pleased with both of my furnaces and air conditioners!
A company I would highly recommend to anyone!

Aladdin provides professional, clean and timely service. Was impressed with the time they took explaining how the system functions. They enable the customer to anticipate problems.

Very disappointed.
I wanted to schedule an appt for an Air Conditioner Check-up. Unfortunately, I will have to go to a different company. Aladdin won't schedule an actual appt time, i.e. 3pm, but a range from 8-4p. We work full time and can't take time off work to wait around. I explained I needed an actual appt time, and that's a no. So apparently, they're busy enough that they don't need me as a customer.
Again very disappointed.

Needed someone to fix my Mom's furnace, called Aladdin at 8:30am and they had a technician (Josh) there at 10:00am!! He was very patient and courteous with my Mom, who is 89 and sometimes doesn't understand what is being said. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and gave the whole system thorough check up. He took the time to show me a few things I could do to keep things running smooth. Thank you Aladdin and Thank you Josh!

Extremely overpriced right out the gate!!! They sent a tech out (@90 dollars) to check my furnace--a rookie... I heard the rookie call up a part store to price a part (@350 dollars) then I heard her call her boss to check the total price for installing this motor in my furnace--+ $1228.95 total plus the 90 bucks for the diagnostic... Natural they over priced themselves!!! Called another company and now sitting in my warm house with furnace running properly and only had to pay 480.00 TOTAL!!!!!!!

Joe was prompt, did a professional job and was finished quickly. I would use Aladdin for service or installation again.

Had taken the day off work to have my boiler fixed, called twice to ensure they were still coming. Was told yes, they never showed up and was told the repairman had marked my appointment as completedand then told me they'd charge me the emergency fee if they were to still come out. They were very rude about the whole experience as well, zero consideration for my time.

We had a bad experience twice. Not worth the service fees for us. Maybe they were short staffed during the Pandemic. They were older guys though. Don't understand why our furnace is out again a few months later. We maintain our system.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly technicians. Respectful of our time, calling first and arriving on time. Thank you.
