Thankful for quick service on Saturday for our central air that started pushing out warm air. A cleaning and fuse change helped plus a reminder that unit is getting up in years. Thanks!

Great service, answered all of our questions. He thought something needed to be replaced at a couple hundred dollars but realized it didn't after all - sad that integrity is surprising but it was a nice experience and would recommend and use them again.

The service was excellent. The installer,Morgan, was outstanding. I have had Aladdin several times and have always been well pleased.

When talking with Aladdin to replace our A/C unit and furnace, they were knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all our questions. Their quote was less than the other company we talked to. Unexpectedly, they bumped up our installation date by a week, which was great since our A/C wasn't working at all. The technicians, Raid and Thomas, were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked hard and let us know the progress. They were very thorough in their installation and clean up. They showed us what to do semi-annually and annually to maintain our system. We would highly recommend this company.

This is an updated review see original. After getting a 2nd opinion, the board that Aladdin said was needed and cost 635.00 to replace, there was nothing wrong with it, there was a dirty sensor cost of 90.00.
Makes me wonder if the other 2 repairs were legit.

I have used Aladdin since 1982 for both commercial buildings and my own homes. They have always been reliable and honest. But in the past couple of years, their customer service has deteriorated. Several weeks ago, I scheduled a winter furnace check with them for today and was assured someone would be at my home between 8 am and 12 noon. I called at 8 am this morning to confirm and was told I was the second person on the work schedule and someone would be out around 9:30 am or a little later. At 11:30, I called Aladdin because no one had showed up and no one had called. I was told the tech ran into a problem at his first stop and may not be out until around 2:30 pm. I rescheduled the appointment. I don't have an issue with the tech experiencing a problem at his first call that took longer than expected. However, I think it is extremely poor customer service that no one called me with that information and inquired if I wanted to wait or reschedule. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I trust Aladdin and will most likely continue to use them but they need to significantly improve their customer service or risk losing a customer of 40 years.

I’ve used Aladdin for multiple HVAC needs and am always pleased with the service. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Equipment and repairs are top notch. No shoddy work here.
