Ken's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Had a few other companies come out to take a look at my air conditioner at my restaurant and they could not figure out the problem/fixed it short term and it needed another repair. I called Kens and they had an extremely friendly tech named Eric who came and fixed the issue, waited for a few to make sure everything was good, and then received a follow up call from the company to make sure everything was good.

I told their tech Eric I will only be using them for my additional restaurants, and he mentioned they did residential work as well. Not only did I, but two family members as well have them coming out to look at our heating systems so they're ready for the cold months.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Eric was the most knowledgeable and friendly employee from an outside company I have hired to fix my restaurant needs.

Al fixed our issues with furnace circuit board after our basement flooded. We were told by our HVAC service man that he couldn’t make it out until later in the week. Al was at our neighbors house and came over to look at our system, got it running on override and said he would order a new board and put in with in two days.

He did that and got our water heater restarted after us trying for three days. I will be using them for my maintenance and service going forward. Thanks Al.

Ken's AC repair was amazing! The AC Tech Eric was awesome and had me up and running in no time. Blown away with his service and for coming out the day before a holiday on a 90 degree day! Will definitely be referring them to all my friends!

Great experience, called them on one of the hottest days of the season, they were at my door in less than 2 hours. Quickly diagnosed my problem, bad start capacitor, gave my system a quick once over and he was on his way. Pricing seemed fair, would absolutely deal with them again, and would/will recommend to my friends.

My husband called this guys to get fixed our central air, I wasn’t sure if he did fix something because when left they are not working. I was checking the time for only half hour and they charge us for an hour, i am Asian but not stupid , he suggested to clean the furnace, I said no , all the sudden he wants to do it anyway , even I said no!!! He was gonna do it for free only a minute job. The fact that he was called that they’re not working???? No want coming to check on it , was being paid and the fact that not working??? They should come back and do it because was paid for. Not recommended no anyone . I am personally not Happy 😡😡😡

Tech Eric was very polite and stayed until the problem was found and fixed. Will call on them again if I need service in the future.
