Water heater not working. same day service, very professional and pleasant. My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.

Before calling this business I had another company come out and found my problem. My inducer motor went bad and they removed the motor (took 5 min), but they didn't have a replacement in stock and all the suppliers were out (was not charged).

Called Williams to make a same day appointment (they were out within 4 hours) and I specifically told the lady on the phone that my inducer motor went bad and I needed a replacement.

Service tech was in my house for less than 5 min, never touched the unit since the part was already off, made a couple calls and came back and told me there was one part left in their warehouse and came up with a quote of $907 for the (around $125) part and install. When I said no thank you they charged me an $89 service fee.

Called Great Dane with the same information, quoted me $500 on the phone provided there was nothing else wrong, came out 3 hours later and did the install.

I understand a business need to make money but over quoting by so much is crazy, then adding an $89 "diagnostic fee" when they didn't diagnose anything, just made some calls.

I needed a tune up on my AC and the bottom was corroded ( it’s old ) Stephen was great he taped it for me did a great job tuning it up and he had to go in my attic to flush the line and he even changed my furnace filter while he was up there . I will definitely use this company again they also called me before they came and their prices are fantastic. Thank you for your friendly professional services

Williams was out for my yearly furnace inspection. They found a cracked heat exchanger. Because of the age of the old system 23 years they suggested a new heating system.

Dan in sales was out a couple days later quoted me a price and gave me 3 options good,better,best and took the time to explain all 3. Dan also quoted the before and after price with all rebates.

The install crew was out a couple weeks later and everything was installed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves took all the old parts and nothing was left behind.

They also took the time to explain everything with the new furnace

City inspectors were recently out and everything passed there inspections. One inspector commented on the quality of work Williams does and that they are a great company

I use Williams for all of my HVAC needs. They replaced my air conditioner last summer and recently repaired my furnace. Technician Steve did a great job. Damon in the office also was a big help tracking down the parts needed. Every time I call Williams they knock it out of the park. Thanks again guys

they installed a Mitsubishi mini split A/c with heat unit for my home, very reasonable price, great job,. later when had some problem showing up, their technician came right away, especially Mike B is very professional, knowledgeable resolved the problem at once. I have ever been deal with few other A/c companies. believe Williams is the #1 top service, quality in this area. honest to recommend ....

After having 4 different contractors come to our home to estimate a brand new high-efficiency furnace and high-efficiency water heater install, we went with Williams. Our representative was extremely detailed and explained everything. The price was far lower than Aladdin, Flame and others. The installers were on-time, professional, did a great job, cleaned up and were very polite. We are very happy and will highly recommend!

We have used Williams Refrigeration in the past many times. We are very confident with their service. In our past house, our furnace went out on New Years Day, and Williams came out promptly and fixed the furnace that very same day and within an hour. Now in our new home, Easter Weekend, our furnace needed to be replaced after 26yrs. The first HVAC company we called was Williams. They give you a reasonable price and do very good work in a timely manner. The workers are all knowledgeable and professional. They clean up, and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Williams Refrigeration as the "Go to Guys". We are very satisfied with their service, and highly recommend them.

Its been a few months but need to review before I forget. Great service from the appointment to the service call. Great job. Fair price. And most importantly the service man was ON TIME and professional which these days is hard to come by. You won't go wrong with this company.
