I have been using Williams Refrigeration for years. My parents have too. Their servicemen are always courteous and do a great job! The people in the office are always pleasant. I can't say enough good things about them.
They came out today to install new ac and hot water tank. Everyone was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Answered my maintenance questions. Liked that they use well known brands (Lennox).

The lady who answers the phone is the rudest woman I have EVER met. She answered very rudely, "can i help you?" no business name or anything, thought i may have had the wrong number so i said this is addysanne is this...*click* she hung up on me.. tried to call back and she picked it up then hung up again without saying anything. **Post note** After the reply I still highly doubt based on her attitude and previous reviews that she had hung up on me twice due to "phone issues." I have seen nothing but bad reviews in regards to their receptionist and I can now see why! Customer services starts with a receptionist. She is the face/voice of your company. I would genuinely rethink who you are employing.
The tech that came was arrogant. Our furnance was not repairable. I asked if he will go get the serial number off the furnance. The tech said that furances dont have serial numbers...LIE #1 I then asked him if I could get the part number for the blower motor. He said that there is no such thing. LIE #2. What scares me the most is that the tech bypassed saftey switches. Another company looked at it and said that the bypass could have burned down our home!
We tried addressing this with the office and the blew us off. Scary this company is in business!!!!
Great experience. They replaced my furnace last week. They were professional, priced fairly, and provided excellent communication. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Unfortunately I I wasn't able to purchase from Williams Refrigeration and zHeating this time, but the technician was thorough and very informative about what I neede, but the cost was more than I had anticipated. Maybe later I can get the furnace from them.
I called around 11 am they were at my door by 1:15 and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Didn't change an arm and a leg and very professional and knowledgeable. Would use them again
I brought in my suspected faulty furnace igniter and they had a spare in stock. The parts man tested mine with a multi meter and confirmed it was bad. The whole experience was less than 5 minutes and I got exactly what I needed.
